I'd take anything that Aussiecrims says with a grain of salt. He has a photo on his side bar he found on a google search of a girl that comes up when you do a non advanced search of Allison name, it's not even her...lol

The man needs glasses, and with a name like "Robbo" I wouldn't be surprised of he's blogging from his iPhone at a pub.

The picture of the girl on the side bar is another case....
I take everything on all forums with a grain of salt unless its stated as fact

Watching the Gerbil Clay interview just now did it for me yet again … Every alarm bell in the world goes off … And the poor young crime reporter (Alyshia Gates) seemed to be buying it too … This will go down as one of the most self-incriminating performances in the history of Australian crime. No wonder there has been no repeat interviews.

Every single tell-tale sign of lies & deceit was there for us all to see and hear.

In case you have lost the link to the YouTube video that Robbo created:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c76CI6vtixI

Transcript (my observations/comments in brackets)

Gerbil Clay:
“I’m trying to look after my children at the moment” (gesticulates with hands in a very peculiar way)
“I’ve got three young girls and …” (looks down pausing, stalling, desperately thinking of what to say next)
“We” (smacks his lips, again looks down unable to face the reporter)
“We really trust that the Police are doing everything they CAN (pulling incredible forced facial expressions) to find my wife and …” (big breath, swallow, licks his lips)
“We just hope that she will … (voice cracking) COME home soon” (choke, gulp, feigned distress).

Gerbil Clay:
“I’ve spoken to the Police about everything … and” (shaking his head side to side, obviously subconsciously realizing his own BS, furtively looks up, with right eyebrow raised, at Alyshia to see if she is buying it (she is) tries to think ahead because his biggest line of deceit is coming … Then looks down:
“I’ve, I’ve had no contact from her at all” (another quick look at reporter to see if she is duped)
(This last statement is true, because it is hard to contact someone when you are dead and held underwater with chains)

Alyshia Gates:
“Was she upset before she went away?”

Gerbil Clay:
“Nooo …” (again shaking head from side to side in subconscious disagreement with his incongruous lying words) and immediately rushes on, without even drawing breath with:
“And, and, the Police, I’ve tried to help the Police as much as I can” (still madly shaking his head from side to side, the classic give-away – this is lie spotting 101 right here)
“We all have” (head shaking side to side)
“With everything we’ve got” (still shaking head from side to side … didn’t Realty School teach him)
“So … Thank you (tearingly)… I’m sorry”
(You had already answered this issue … The question was: was she upset before she left home? She was upset, very upset, women usually are when violently accosted and murdered by a lying cheating cowardly mongrel husband such as you)

Gerbil Clay (regarding the car crash):
“Oh was hurt a little bit … voice fading away … but I’m OK” (here he nods his head to the “I’m OK” bit – which is most definitely a true statement … He is very clearly OK.
(This Is the final straw … I would convict him just on that alone. I am almost serious).

Gerbil Clay:
“We’ve got such great family support”
“My sister, and my family here”
“And they’re looking after ….” looks down, chokes sobs unable to continue … (his family support obviously meaning so much more than his missing wife/mother of his kids).

Scouts honour, this interview does not need any any trained expert in body language to interpret subtle micro-gestures … Gerbil’s lying words and blatant deceit now on the public record – set in stone, not to be washed away like a bit of clay sprinkled on concrete !! ;-)

I doubt very much that the journalist in question was "buying" into anything. Don't mistake her approach as supportive when in fact the oldest trick in the book is to make the interviewee think you're on their side so you can get them to open up and give you more information. ;)

Hi Kimster <3

What did he start at Greg? Do you know?

when I found him he was about 386...but I was a late bloomer to sleuthing so he may have had more.

I think about the only conclusion we can draw with any confidence is that the hypotheses about multiple people being involved in the murder is incorrect.

If that was the case one of them would have flapped their gums by now, so I think we can safely discount the Ipswich councillors theory.

I disagree. When family loyalties come into place, more than one person could be keeping their mouths shut iMO.

Quite probably. I read somewhere else. It is readily able to be distinguised premortem scratches topost mortem scratches. Post mortem do not bleed. So scratches that occured after death can be distinguised from those that were predeath.

It may be different in the water though....Surely blood in the water would wash off the body.

Hi Everyone

I told you I was going to the western suburbs today and would talking to a few people, I have some news to tell you all.

A friend of mine, is friendly with someone who was a good friend of Allison, known her for years apparently, primary, secondary school and kept in touch. The are what Allison's friend told my friend.

1. Allison was not the goodie two shoes she is being made to be.

2. The children were at the grandparents that night, because Allison planned to have it out with GBC

3. The girlfriend was pregnant, but no longer is (I don't anymore about this)

My friend also knows someone who is the mother of one of the policemen who first attended on the Friday:

1. The reason the search escalated so quickly was that BC had a history with the police of domestic violence and when they got into the house on the Friday morning the walls were covered in holes that had been made from someone punching something.

That is what I have heard today. My contact is a credible person, and I wouldn't believe she would lie. Some to said they know the person who contacted the police regarding the two vehicle at Kholo creek and they were seen there at 4am.

I know nothing else and just open this up for your opinions.

Oh, I saw that photo come up when I googled Allisons name. It must just be because it's on the page about the Allison Baden Clay Crime, anyways, I bet he's still blogging from the pub...lol

2. if you look at the 'they've got 3 kids' comment as being highly suspect and indicative of a cover up, then its possible that family members or other involved parties, were involved in 'coaching' him on what to say to the media, is his nervousness, he has repeated the phrase taught to him by someone helping him on what to say. Its possible someone would help him with what to say if he was innocent too and just very nervous, but I have heard he was a bit of a confident public speaker so this seems like a lot of crap. Also, his wife could be in serious danger at this point, who would be worried about their appearance?
3.in relation to the few different stories that first came out....watching tv, out for walk, didnt come back for walk this morning etc. I think this is what happened. GBC reported ABC missing. police came out. He says he last saw her at 10pm when he went to bed, he also says she didnt return from her walk this morning. His story could have been just that, he went to bed, woke up assuming she was out walking, then she doesnt return. It doesnt have to have been him that changed the story, It could easily have been reported incorrectly as both those two statements could be true. He DID see her at 10pm and she DIDN"T return from morning walk

I think lawyers do a lot of "coaching" with their clients....lots of coaching. Like..."mate..,you were at home & asleep when Allison went missing".....just like in the Max Sica case where his alibi is "at home & asleep".

IF she had gone for a morning walk...one would hardly be calling in police to say she's missing after only an hour or so....

Hahahahha!

I thought 'Who the hell is Gerbil Clay?' Greg is off topic, skating on thin ice, another time out.... then the penny dropped!

Man, I am STUPID! Good post, Greg.. remind us of the day we turned on our tv's , saw this and thought ????? I'm not so stupid that I can't see that he's lying through his teeth JMO

When I first heard about it via the media and without discussing it with other sources. I turned to my daughter and said I bet he is cheating, then when I heard he was renting I said I bet he is in financial trouble. Then when he lawyered up and didnt plea for help finding his wife I said... GUILTY.

Lucky I am not on the Jury huh lol

Interesting, thanks. Did she know if the "no longer pregnant girlfriend" is someone other than TM?

In regards to what that topic of discussion was about... It is something I had also heard. I had chosen not to say on here for a few reasons of not wanting to start rumours or sully anyones reputation. Both Deceased and those left behind if they are indeed innocent. And also if it came from where it did, then the police know and it may or may not be relevant to the case. Would not want to say anything to jeopardise a case(I don't know if it would but, I am well aware this is a murder investigation and someones life and the lives of their loved ones irriversably affected.). BUt it could open up a whole new avenue of theories... All I'll say on that one.

what I meant by interesting wasnt this topic, I meant the other posts
made by that poster..sorry I should have written it better.

She didn't say who the girlfriend was, I don't think she was aware of the chance there was more than one.

Case Closed - I doubt it, someone would have cracked in an attempt to save their sorry a##e.Even hardened crims used to dealing with Police often "dog" when the pressure is applied and the option of a lighter charge is dangled in front of them.

Five people involved, million to one stuff.

I am not saying 5, but 2-3 (family members). I don't believe a set of parents would dob in their own child, or vice-versa IMO.

I don't really follow. It would be kind of drastic way to avoid child support, and it appears outwardly that he loves his kids. I don't really understand your therapist comment, or what Allison wanted? do you mind explaining a little more? thanks :)
What I meant was wer't Allison and Gerad seeing a therapist together?Maybe it was because they deceided to divorce and the marriage in tatters. My marriage broke down, due to my husband having affairs,we sleept in seperate rooms. It wasn't untill my 4 childrens teachers, brought to my attention they were noticing emotional changes in all four of them.Thats when I said too my self ,enough. This is not right. So told my husband I wanted a divorce. In inacted the help of therapist,so to help my husband and I ,to make it as painless as possible for the children. Maybe thats what BCS were doing. The one thing I know is Allison was devoted to her girls, and I also believe Gerad would love them to bits. What Imeant when ,it said that what Allison would want, was, the girls to not suffer any un-due pain in the process.Im sorry if,if Iconfussed you or anyone else.I new too this, I may need to choose my words a little better.I feel so saddened over Allison death,Its tragic..

Adults have affairs ALL the time, unmarried partners have affairs too. Considering the amount of unfaithful people the number of murders is minuscule. What really sets people off is CUSTODY issues. Hostage, abduction, murder suicide, homicide, Kill for hire?

Women AND Men will do anything to keep their children.

The part of this that doesnt sit right with me is that she was going to confront him on the Thursday night.

Getting her hair done and preparing for a conference the next day would not be a good time to get into a serious fight.

I believe there was one hell of a fight, the worst of many but I dont think she planned it.
