BBM and I agree. It is also interesting that the vehicle has been released. Meaning (IMO) that QPS don't need any more vehicle sighting witnesses. (any new witnesses could now be tainted due to ongoing speculation of the damage to the car)

IMO/MOO etc

In the news report that mentioned about the Prado being returned it says

Police still want to talk to anyone who saw the Prado or a similar white four-wheel drive in the Brookfield area on the night of April 19 or early morning of April 20 when Mrs Baden-Clay was reported missing. They are also interested in anyone who saw the Baden-Clay's other four-wheel drive - a silver Holden Captiva - in that timeframe.

Of course he has been instructed not to speak to the media. The media can be very intrusive and annoying ... just think of the late Princess Diana. She was accosted by the media but didn't speak and just kept on walking.

There is something obviously wrong about this senario "Princess Diana v GBC"??

Local intel only - not registered, so IMO. Tried to post before but failed so hope I am not duplicating.

Just popped in quickly to answer Curiousasacat's question as to whether I knew of ABC having been seen on crutches. Answer - No, I personally did not see that but did not see her that often. I have spoken with others who have more recent contact and they had no knowledge either.

Re cars - in my post about the plates and change over I suggested that maybe it happened when the Lexus was changed for the Captiva and that could be the case. A very reliable source said that the Captiva was Allison's. It was certainly true that ABC originally drove the Prado but Caviar's intel on the Prado damage being caused by GBC before ABC went missing certainly fits with the new arrangement. Sorry to be at a difference with another local on this one (Squizzey1). Not sure when they got the Captiva though.

Re crime scene. It was reported in the article below which I think is the first CM report that the house was a crime scene but does not actually state when. I drove past on Saturday 21st around 1pm and it was taped off then (gave me the shudders to be honest) and I know from locals that police were everywhere from early Friday.

Thank you RumourSquasher for replying. I am disregarding the rumour, thanks for squashing it ; )

Your theory on the cars seems feasible.

My initial interest in this case was due to reading a friends facebook comment, she is a local mum. (Oh my I hope she's not on here) "Concerned for a local mum who was out walking late last night and didn't return home. There are cops everywhere out here. This was mid morning on April 20th."

Agree some of these comments are becomingly increasingly childish......the content has taken a definite turn for the worse in recent days.

and mean,opinionated and rude.

As the saying goes if you have nothing nice to say then don't.

I dont understand. If you are innocent and you know people are talking about you and making threats wouldnt you make some sort of statement stating that? Id be yelling from the rooftops.
If guilty its about time you stepped up and accepted whats handed to you by the law? For your childrens sakes. Living like that is just so wrong.

Excellent post. Couldn't agree more.
You either publicly deny any involvement or confess.
His plan could have worked, should have worked but didn't.
Time to man up now Mr G and face the consequences. Do it for your girls.

For all we know the police may have asked him to keep quiet.
Who knows what is going on behind the scenes. Hopefully they will
make a move soon

who knows!? there are a lot of very wrong people out there, in my opinion.
if i was in that position, i would most definately do all i could to protect myself and my childrens privacy and safety, possibly even be a little paranoid, whether it was warranted or not.

Of course he's paranoid, a guilty conscious will do that. MOO

That's not a scratch on the side - that's where the wheel arch has become unattached from the flares and there's just no paint there. same as on the front, where there is a crease in the mental and it's been pushed in, it's popped off the paint. The impact from the front has just buckled the passenger quarter panel and caused it.
I've crashed a lot of cars in my time ;)

Exactly! So really the only significant part of the damage is the dent in the front panel on the left side near the lights - which is what took the initial impact. IMO this damage is not like the damage to the red car someone posted - the position in some ways yes, but the difference is the indentation on the white car. When you hit a nonfixed object it is a different type of damaged to something fixed, there are more likely to be cracks as the main damage, whereas with a hard, fixed object there is more likely to be an indentation. The Prado has a deep indentation, it looks to me it could be consistent with hitting the edge of the guard rail near the small open area (on the rhs outbound) near the Kholo bridge. It is on the correct side for that to occur. Those guard rails are pretty strong so don't exhibit the same type of damage as a car - they are made of stronger stuff than car panels.

I'm thinking the murderer could have had his head lights off to avoid being noticed, and as he was also panicked, he didn't slow down quick enough and ended up crashing into the guard rail when he was about to stop. Would have been totally freaked and erratic as a result. Could have been he was going to throw the body over and parked right there, or going to drive into the verge area to take the body down the slope and place under bridge, and misjudged as he was driving in.

Someone else also speculated that maybe this was why the other vehicle was involved, as the murderer had to call someone to tow him back home. Maybe initially the damage was more pushed into the right front wheel, making it difficult to drive without interference. Perhaps that part of the panel was later pulled away from the wheel, making it driveable, but at the time, with time running out, and the murderer being in a panic and wanting to get away from the body disposal area, he did not think or have the ability to prise the crushed panel away from the wheel.

So maybe this car damage was the only reason someone else was involved? Perhaps they weren't going to be, and another thought - if the body had already been disposed of, maybe that person was only told by the murderer he was out looking for Allison? The penny may have dropped since, but at the time maybe that's how it was.

This would explain the sighting of the vehicles very close together, and could also explain the 'out of place' activity at the Kenmore roundabout ie a car being towed.

Can anyone recall when the sighting of the vehicles close together at Anstead was supposed to have occurred? For some reason i was thinking it was 4am, because at the time I thought - they are cutting it fine as there would definitely be more than the odd car a few times an hour. After 5am there would be a light but regular number of cars coming through.

Apologies if others have posted similar ideas - i have got very behind in the last few days due to work, and dont have time to read every post ahead before posting.

I think someone has said the car was damaged before Allisons murder.

Yes I read that yesterday on here. They said it was damaged the week beforehand.

My question Sheerluck Holmes is how do you know for fact that all of these statements are true? How does any one of us know how cooperative or not this man has been to the police?
... A person's guilt or innocence shouldn't be decided by public poll.
... Allison deserves the judicial system to be thorough in ensuring they convict the right person(s). She would want no less.
... We should also uphold the right to justice and a fair trial too of course.
This is all just my opinion as I wait for justice to prevail for Allison and her family.

SEEKING: Thanks for your grounding post. Well said. We need to support the Police investigation process. It will lead to justice for Allison, her DTRs, family, friends etc. The Police do not have to inform us of their evidence. It is their responsibility to cross reference the evidence etc. We are not privy to that, nor should we be! It was said in an earlier thread, the person(s) charged will be tried on evidence admissable in a Criminal Court of Law and not by lynch mobs or public opinion. For justice to Allison, the Criminal Court needs to convict the right person(s).

Probably not related to the case, but deer have been mentioned as a possible hazard on the roads, so here is some information about feral deer from the Brisbane City Council website:
http://www.brisbane.qld.gov.au/envi...nt/wildlife/pest-animals/feral-deer/index.htm
Wild deer activity has been observed in the suburbs of Anstead, Brookfield, Upper Brookfield, Bellbowrie, Pinjarra Hills, Pullenvale, Mt Crosby, Kenmore, Kenmore Hills, Moggill, Riverhills, Westlake, Jindalee, Mt. Ommaney, Hemmant, Cannon Hill, Chapel Hill and Wacol.
At first I thought people were joking when they mentioned deer on the roads. As far as I know, Australia doesn't have any native deer. But Brisbane's deer are feral: previously domestic but now gone rogue.

The story about the elderly man (suggesting it is NBC) at the bus stop at 11pm+ does not make sense to me. What would he be doing there and why would he not be driving his car?
It sounds like a load of BS to me and I have never bought it as plausible.
MOO
