846# Marlywings I guess it depends on how long it took you to actually dispose of the body, sticking to the speed limit it would be a round trip of about twenty five minutes in pure driving time.

Thanks Petro...woww that's not too long at all ...which means he would have had a long time to tidy up.

I believe I was the first one to bring it up (well placed legal sources) and no, it hasn't been verified. For all my source knows it's merely idle gossip floating about the legal world, despite the very well respected people he rubs shoulders with. After all, is QC's gossip to be taken any more seriously than anyone else's?

The time they gave was late on the night she went missing (Thursday night). No specifics, sorry.

Thank you SKMA for reminding us, I can remember you saying that this story originated from legal sources. Cheers

We're both talking about the same roundabout. There are three bus stops - one opposite Kenmore Village, one adjacent to Kenmore Village near the Chinese and one next to the KSS pool. Now the one adjacent to Kenmore Village is accessed by buses that are headed towards the city - not towards Anstead or Brookfield.

The bus stop opposite the village next to Rentals West is used by buses headed towards Brookfield and the bus stop near KSS services the buses headed out towards Anstead/Kholo.

The bus stop mentioned adjacent to the Village does not make sense as there are two lanes that access the roundabout and to access the bus stop you need to use the left lane - thus a pick up here would either head towards the city OR turn left to go back into the Village (up the hill near the fire station). Not sure if there is access at that entrance to the Village late at night.

One thing that may be worth mentioning is that heading further towards the city at the next shopping centre is where Allison had her hair done. There may have been earlier footage of her driving to the hairdresser that the police may have interest in.

Thus, my thoughts are that it's the bus stop near the KSS pool that is of interest - Squizzey, do you know which stop it actually was where NBC was sighted?

HOpe that gives you all some information.

Thanks bikerchick, I should have asked which bus stop not which roundabout. It all makes sense though, interested to hear what squizzey says.

My question would be," Will you tell me who called the police that first morning ?"
OK I know I'm cheating but seeing that was such a simple question I'd try and ask a second one," were the children at home that Thursday night"

mine would be "what version did he give you about the last time he saw her because you know what Det A, this has been driving me nuts from day 1. Was it 10pm watching the dam footy show when he went to bed or as she went for a walk"??

My partner and I moved to Anstead in 2001 and in more than a decade of regular driving throught that roundabout neither of us have ever noticed the camera.

If I were carting a dead body from Brookfield to Kholo Creek and was ignorant of the roundabout cameras I would travel to Kholo Creek via Rafting Ground Rd (less chance of being stopped in an RBT etc) but with the body out of the car I would return via the roundabout so as not to repeat my original route.

Petro, my one question would be cause of death?

I would ask for the date that the perp or perps will be charged:jail: so that we could all have a virtual party here.

:fireworks2:

Hey! I HIGHLY second that one!

But if push came to shove, & I had only ONE question to ask, it would also be whether dearest Allison 'left' (departed) her normal place of residence ALIVE or not. :sleuth:

If I was for some reason, granted a 2nd question, I'd definitely ask whether either STRANGUALTION or poisoning were the actually cause of her transition from planet Earth to Heaven.

Love & LIGHT to one & ALL,
:peace: ~@~ :blowkiss:

PS: Of course I have loads more questions, but am currently forced to reserve those as opposed to wasting my ONE & ONLY big 'CHANCE' at the JACKPOT!
But ~ my ultimate question, deepest down inside, is HOW THE HECK is the supposed perpertator still NOT where he/she ought to have been weeks ago! :bump: aka LOCKED UP for GOOD & the key thrown away! :behindbar

jockster, there would be no reason Rafting Ground Rd. was closed. i travel on it almost every day. moo

My question would be for Kerry-Anne Walker who is the best friend of ABC. KAW made a comment very early on that ABC told her "things" and that she should have done more. I wonder what KAW was told and what she feels she should/could have done.

Reported by Lisa Davies, SMH on 5th May, 2012.

RIP Allison

Thanks Mani, the thanks icon on posts has vacated my screen again, it is never a consistent feature for me for some reason.

There has been a lot of conjecture as to whether Allison was thrown from the Kholo Bridge. I want to clear something up in regard to the screencap I posted last week where I'd indicated Allison and a policeman with corresponding arrows. I've just had a look at other footage of where she was found and my assumption that it was Allison as indicated by the red arrow was wrong.

In the first screencap below, taken from the Channel 7 helicopter, Allison is laying on her right side and I've indicated her black top and grey pants to get a better perspective.

The second screencap below is the one I posted last week, incorrectly identifying Allison. If you look above the arrow where the ten logo is, that is where Allison was found. I've layered the first image over this one and the pylons, vegetation etc. line up almost perfectly.

For Allison to come to rest so far up the bank IMO she was not thrown or pushed from the bridge but was dumped further upstream or was carried to the spot where she was found.

the hairdresser said allison wasnt wearing walking clothes when she had her hair done, so if thats true she must have made it home after the appt. im guessing she went home and ran a relaxing bath, with maybe a glass or two of wine, giving an ideal oppertunity to be strangled in the bath, then i believe she was dressed in her easy to pull on walking clothes and driven to kholo creek bridge and rolled or dragged up under the bridge.
i dont understand why nbc would need to be involved, you would think the killer would be strong enough to carry a body, the adrenalin would be pretty high at that point, but who knows?
also maybe nbc was catching a bus or taxi home after drinking?
my opinions only

Makara... thanks for the new pic.

Wow, that looks very high. would the water have been that high?
Is that part of the cement foundation she is on?

I've been trying to piece together all the information we have thus far and have come up with a theory. Have attached a map to back this up and hope this helps those who are not familiar with the area.

GBC and ABC have a fight at home

Neighbour's dog reacts

ABC grabs phone and keys and tries to drive away in her car

GBC jumps into car with her

ABC drives down Rafting Ground Road while having argument with GBC

At some point the car pulls over and ABC gets away, screams and is heard by residents

In trying to quieten her down GBC applies too much force, killing ABC

GBC puts ABC in car and drives home

Calls NBC who is dropped off by EBC (which she can do because OW is staying in the home and can watch the girls)

NBC and GBC drive to Kholo Creek in convoy before returning home

GBC wants to drop NBC off but also wants to clean the car. He won't do this at home because then his vac will contain evidence so he decides to go to a car wash.

There is a car wash right near where NBC is sighted.

NBC doesn't want to participate in washing the car, says let me out here I'll wait for you then you can drive me home.

NBC is spotted by witness.

Damn can't upload the file! Can anyone help, it says invalid file, it's a Word doc.

Woww Makara!!...if that is the body it seems a whole lot further up the bank under the bridge....carried down & placed there I would think as I'm not sure the water would have run that high up ??

I wonder if she could wear her walking clothes as Pj's?? I know I wear trackpants and comfy shirt to bed sometimes. ... maybe she was actually ready for bed? It just popped into my head then, as that's what I'm wearing and I'm ready for bed.

Good sleuthing, but makes you wonder how the canoeist even saw her if she was that far up the bank (almost hidden), don't you think? Maybe smelt something? (sorry).

Thank you Unfolding Truth. I was starting to feel like my post regarding GBC's car being in an accident prior to Allison going missing was being disregarded so quickly, without anyone asking me for further info to back it up.

Firstly, everyone is quite correct to question EVERYTHING that is written on here as rumour unless it is reported by the Detective in charge.

After all I have no way of proving to you guys that my best friend of 30 years works in Taringa and has known GBC and his parents through their work at C21 for a number of years. When my friend and I heard of the Indro crash, I cannot prove to you the discussion we had immediately about 'not again'!? However, I certainly didn't think of jumping on a forum to discuss it.

In fact, it wasn't until the CM did that story on 'GBC silent over how his car got damaged', that I felt compelled to post (and I certainly have not read every post here to remember a discussion around his latest accident).

My friend was not a witness to the crash, but having heard the loud bang, was witness to the aftermath (with a little blue suzuki swift driven by a young lady, not coming off too good either). Without prior knowledge that this event would become a hot topic of conversation weeks later, a date cannot be put on it, but it was definitively in April (most likely very soon before his wife disappearing). The crash happened right outside his offices, and it was clearly his car being driven by him.

I know of other witnesses but they have not even read 1 websleuth post. There are quite a few 'locals', only a small proportion are on here.

Now, there is always the very slim possibility he got it fixed within a week and had another scrape whilst out the night in question and it was in exactly the same spot, but I still stick to my 99.9% sure the damage is from this accident.

It appears from the aftermath that GBC was trying to turn right off of the Moggill Road and ran into the back of the Suzuki swift as he did so. I have attached a map. The star is where GBCs car was and the hexagon is the little Swift. I hope this clarifies.

Great post, cheers for sharing. Its nice to read something deemed as a little more tangible than the hearsay and conjecture that is littering the boards.

Exactly! It would have been the obvious/sensible route to take - much quicker and quieter! So, there must have been an important reason to use Brookfield Rd/Moggill Rd. May'be to pick up assistance along the way?
