I totally agree - there is no indication that any of them are involved .. they may be odd /strange/different who cares that does not make the murderers

No one said they were murderers. They're players in this case and knowing some of the family history doesn't hurt. They don't mind bringing it up when it suits them.

WILLOW - You are now jeopardising someones life/reputation by mentioning names!!

  • #703
Mother Baden Clay has short stories that she is turning into a book.....I wonder if this moment in her life will be mentioned??

Who knows, although maybe now they're well known, sales might go up. :)

There home was searched and items were seized from their home. There has been the opinion put forward a few times about the possibility of them being accomplices. They are his parent, they are the ones who parented the main person of "forum" suspect. I purely discuss them..............on the basis that they are part of this case.

True.. but it make me feel uncomfortable .. under the spotlight we are all a bit odd and strange .. and by focussing on them i just dont think it is right .. not you but others here have posted stuff which is frankly rather nasty and uncalled for about his family ..

I apologise if my post sounded like I was implicating the family in ANY way. I certainly didn't mean it that way. I was only saying that his comment that things would get worse, I found interesting. I dont believe they are accessories or anything like that, but as a warning to all his friends and associates he stated this, rather than, as I would expect when all the media hype dies down, that things would get better. I would have thought GBC was weathering the worst of the storm now ie, in the early days, if he had nothing to worry about.
Just thoughts regarding wording, no finger pointing at all intended. And i dont blame them making their pages private. Fully understand.

I beg to differ. They are not players in this case. Whatever they do or from wherever they come from has nothing to do with this case!

Excuse me, it wasnt I that bought up that persons name. I responded, but then deleted my post immediately.

not good :(
really what good does it do to say that woman's name .. even if she is the ex lover of GBC so what ! very tricky ground we treading on

I think there are a few posters who need to read the rules of the use of this forum again. You can not post names of people who are not named as a POI that can not be supported by an article on a MSM for which a link can be attached to back up your findings. You also can not sleuth these people either.

Have some respect for the privacy of innocent people who by no choice or fault of their own find themselves indirectly connected to this case or POI.

Well said CaseClosed ! let us be more tolerant

Does anybody know or understand enough about police procedures to be able to explain why GBC has been able to not provide a statement yet/ I thought taking statements off anyone and everyone with any information or last sightings would be mandatory, without needing to press charges first? This is even more strange to me now that the body has been found and they have stated she was murdered.
I know if you report a disturbance for instance, out the front of your house, polica take a statement, and thats nothing as bad as murder.

Surely, seizure of evidence from their home (inclusive of the shed) makes them a player in the case.

The police were granted a warrant to search their home which resulted in items being removed. That makes them players in this case. So, who they are is relevant. jmo :)

Be careful of Double standards Polly Dot - how do you know unequivocally that GBC had an ex lover. Rumors yes, but unless it was you between the sheets, I suspect you may not know for certain.

People choose to make a statement when they decide to do so sadly. There was a lady here in victoria who was known as the mum of some underworld men. She was not willing to make a statement about them........................years down the track, they are still trying to get statements from her.

WILLOW & LIMAES - I don't recall police confiscating their car, for example. If their son wouldn't have been living there, they may have not been served with a warrant. Do you believe all staff working at C21 are also players in this case just because their office were searched?

I don't think 'their' home was searched in the way you are referring to. There were items taken for investigation - computer (s), a shredding machine and something else (can't quite remember now). To me, this simply meant that as GBC was residing with them and more than likely took his laptop with him, it needed to be investigated. The desktop computer was probably taken (I can't imagine GBC would have lugged a desktop to their place) as he was probably using it.

:twocents:

You may only name names of those who are persons of interest named by MSM (main stream media). That requires a link to a MSM article are a statement by law enforcement. Until then, names of peripheral players in this case are off limits.

Let's see some links everyone.
