Myserty....we just asked a mod, that is only relevant for South Australian media, his name etc is in MSM in Tasmania. And was on the news in Queensland, the law does not apply on this site.

id presume the parents were in bed same room, but if someone come in and started attcking one of them the other one should have been able to fight them off or call the police....its just strange

I think a quick slice or stab to the neck of a sleeping person might halt much of a defense from (dad probably). Then it's one on one from there, maybe even go back and forth as they are struggling to fight back or escape. However it went down one thing seems clear.. he was there to at least kill Chantelle and then had to do what he had to get that done and get away with it.

Did he turn himself in? Did anyone else read that somewhere? Probably knew he couldn't escape the DNA test.

Okay, fair enough about the name. I'm all for publication anyway, I just don't want to see anyone before the courts for it.

It sure makes the legal system looks like it belongs in the stone age.
I mean why bother with suppression of names?
Do they think nobody in SA has access to computers?

^^ yeah right!! I mean the name is all over Kapunda as well right...what do they really think they're achieving with the suppression order??

Or is it a precursor to keeping other details about the case under the carpet as this approaches, and even during the trial. Well, knowing South Australian justice I would say for sure.

I'm all for transparency myself.....give me the Sunshine Laws any day and let the chips fall where they may.

There is far too much pussy-footing around with criminals in this country. It's all about the rights of the accused and to hell with the victims and their family's.

If you read all of the comments he left on her Bebo page, it seems they did a fair bit of chatting over the site, so you wouldn't know what was said between the two in private messages as there is quite a bit on the bebo wall over a short period of time in around
Also alot of messages about him wanting to know where she plays netball so he can go along & watch

Going off his appearance I also find it hard to believe that someone of his stature could over power 3 people, however physical appearance really can be deceiving. When someone has that much passion and hatred inside them and/or if they were on drugs our bodies and minds are capable of doing much much more.

Also, my twin brother looks thinly built, however he stands at about 6'3 and has a lot of strength. As another poster said, he seemed like he was fairly active also.

So there goes the 'others involved' theory.

'Evidence indicates the trio had a roast dinner at home on Sunday night. It is likely they were attacked around 1am Monday when a neighbour heard a male and a woman screaming, but did not call police.'

So we are unsure if this male voice is JD or Andrew...if it's Andrew then that means both parents were fighting with JD at the same time.

Well....so back to the question 'how did he do it'....seems to me he was fighting off at least two at once, unbelievable really, but it seems this weedy 18yo entered the house and managed to overcome all 3 members of the family before leaving the scene.

Brilliant...thanks for posting those...I'm going to go back and have another look at her bebo and add it to my album...

So that to me has him stalking her for over a year! She and her friends must have thought he was a right creep.

What was the trigger than turned this poor excuse for a human being into a multiple murderer?

Was this a long planned assault?
Was it planned to kill all three or did the events of the night lead to that?
Was the vehicle outside the house his or was it even connected to the crime?
Did the party Chantelle held have anything to do with this?

So many questions; so few answers.
And let's hope the answers police get see the light of day.

also people are saying he lived right around the corner....if thats right the 'corner' i think they are referring too is directly behind her house....which makes me think could he have lived in the house that police searched behind the rowes rental property in the first couple of day into the investigation?
