I have a copy of this article.
It talks about the alleged sighting of Andrew by a former school colleague approximately 3 months after he disappeared. Unfortunately the sighting wasn’t able to be investigated because it wasn’t reported until weeks later due to the person not realising that Andrew was still missing.

Before lockdown I was able to meet up with 3 of Andrew’s school friends.
They had some very interesting stories to tell me that I will continue to follow up on.
