Woman and three children stabbed at Baulkham Hills home in Sydney's north-west​

“An investigation is underway after a woman and three children were stabbed at a home in Sydney's north-west.

Emergency services were called to a home in Baulkham Hills about 5:20am on Monday, following reports multiple people had been stabbed.

Officers found a 46-year-old woman, a 16-year-old girl, a 13-year-old girl, and a 10-year-old boy with stab wounds at the scene.

It is believed all four are known to each other.

The woman and three children were treated by paramedics before they were taken to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.

The woman was taken to hospital under police guard.”

Three children stabbed in Sydney’s Hills District, mother arrested​

“Officers found three children, a 10-year-old boy, a 13-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl with stab wounds. The boy suffered two stab wounds, while the 13-year-old was stabbed three times, and the 16-year-old was stabbed once and suffered several lacerations.

The Hills Police Area Command commander, Detective Superintendent Naomi Moore, said the children’s 46-year-old mother remained under police guard in hospital suffering from what are believed to be self-inflicted wounds.”

She has been refused bail and is expected to face a bedside court hearing on Tuesday.”

No bail for mum who allegedly stabbed three children in Sydney home​

“A mother has been charged with attempted murder after she and her three children were found with stab wounds at a home in North-West Sydney about 5.15am today.

Emergency services found a 10-year-old, a 13-year-old, orth-West a 16-year-old, and a 47-year-old woman, all with stab wounds.

The 16-year-old, who is believed to use a wheelchair, was stabbed once and had a number of lacerations.”

“She was charged with three counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent to murder and remains in hospital under police guard.

The mother-of-three did not apply for bail and it was formally refused when her lawyer briefly mentioned the case in Parramatta Local Court today.

The case was adjourned until May 29, leaving the mother on a path to custody on remand once discharged from hospital, pending a potential bail application.”
