Agreed ! I was looking at the photo of car and window and thinking how on earth could you go back through that window with both arms full and not make a sound. You could not! You would drop the child or fall down yourself and land in a big thud on that car roof . Also going in through that window, someone would have to know that there were no hindrances right inside the window, furniture or what not. I will be really surprised to find this is an absolute stranger who has never been in the house.

We have one here in South Australia its only new here. There were 2 on it 1 caught within a very short time of the act being ammended

Okay so now we are getting some more info. So at least 1 person there drinking that night. Could have been more. Very easy for that person or persons to leave a window open or even the door unlocked and come back later.

He said Chloe had been sleeping closest to the window, clutching a blue stuffed toy dog named Gnarly and a sleeping bag patterned with wizards and dragons, both also missing.

Bundaberg Inspector Kev Guteridge the man was not a suspect. He would not confirm if the family had other visitors that night.

Mother-of-four Tammy, who was distraught as she carried their youngest, baby Max, is a stay-at-home mum.

I can't even imagine what the family is going through.
So many questions after the media's patchwork reporting. The timelines seem a bit weird to me as does the method of escape. Here are a few things that seem like inconsistencies and would like have clarified.
- a 4 month old baby may not sleep through the night till 7am ?
-the sisters staying up to 1am - seems to me there must have been a lot going on in the house - the stamina for a 3 year old to stay up that late is pretty amazing or fell asleep earlier when the house was full of guests.
-how do you exit a window that high from the ground without waking the other kids (ok so this is not really something anyone can answer but it just blows my mind that someone could be so bold!)

For the non-aussies -

Having friends over drinking, particularly "up north" where it's tropical, is a daily occurence for a lot of Australians.

No big deal. I can almost guarantee the drinking was going on outside while the kids slept inside.

Letting your kids crash in the lounge room...also no big deal.

Australians are relaxed, and Australians in Bundaberg are so relaxed they appear to be an entirely different breed to your average middle American.

Now, having said all that, there are things I don't like about this case.

Number one, obviously, is that she went that way "allegedly" in the first place.

Like Madeleine McCann before her, how likely is it that she was carried through a window when the perp could simply walk through an unlocked door?

Secondly, I NEVER like when the family instruct the police and media as to what they believe happened.

Most people are too riven with grief and anxiety to theorise on camera.

Red flags, all over this one. She is such a gorgeous little girl, I sincerely hope I am wrong and some nutter has got her alive somewhere.

Two questions; do we know who the car belongs to and is it normally parked under that window?
