If that wasn't some serious click-bait I don't know what is. Head wounds bleed, and a lot, because of all the blood vessels there. Also, 2 centimeters is ~3/4". Lastly, whoever wrote that click-bait makes it sounds like they glued his head back together like Humpty Dumpty. That's not the case. Medical glue is used in place of Band-Aids at times. But it sure sounds more click-baity to say his head was "medically glued" as opposed to "They put a Band-Aid on his laceration".
