Vaucluse was/is an St (not a Rd).

The Stevens St carpark was/is next to the Rowe Park children’s playground.

With Stevens St being a through road, and Reserve St being a no through road at the tennis court car park end, IMO the tennis court car park is a more likely crime spot.

B4U,

Strange you mentioned about the tennis court, I've just spent the last half hour looking for your post. If you stand at the Rowe Park tennis court, turn around that's where the old style house at 6 Reserve St is located. Was you aware of that?

As we’ve touched base on mental health issues could it be possible, the CSK (whoever he may be) had spent some time within a rehab type place – actually located within Claremont.

In the past, someone mentioned after the abduction/s every vehicle driver that went into Claremont and out were interviewed. Could it be possible that the CSK (whoever he is) wasn’t interviewed because he didn’t drive back and forth that weekend. He was already situated within Claremont.

What services were provided at the old residence at Reserve St. That’s directly across from Rowe Park (north end), which is opposite the tennis court and close to the car park Petedavo mentioned. It’s also within close proximity of the two public access ways of which one spans to Stirling Hwy.

Some rehab places permit people to go to work and back, so quite probably he retained his driver’s licence and still drove a car. Only my thoughts and opinion.

Anyone have a metal detector??

Just my opinion

We should take note of what items SS had with her, like bags and shoes.

AFAIK The building at 6 Reserve St was a convent used by the Presentation Sisters. This branch of the Roman Catholic Church are mainly a 'teaching' sect, rather than a nursing one. I'm guessing only nuns, priests, and possibly carefully selected boarders lived at this address. The nuns probably taught at local schools in the area.

I very much doubt if this particular house served any other residential purpose than housing nuns and religious personnel.

This one doesn't even have a name. It runs from Stirling Highway to Kingsmill St.

Unlike the one running between Grange St and Parry St, or the one that I previously found running from Gugeri St to the lane-way at the back of Coles, this one is not even marked on Google Maps

Re: possible mental illnesses and personality disorders associated with SK'ers.

Namely Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Antisocial Personality Disorder (Sociopathy and Psychopathy) are the usual ones listed.

Antisocial PD and Sociopathy are usually more noticeable in social situations because these types of people "don't play well with others". Whereas Narcissists, BPD, and Psychopaths can blend into society and often are not noticeable until you have a close or intimate relationship with them. Upon meeting a Narcissist, BPD, or Psychopath for the first time, they may feel 'a bit off', but seem quite normal so most people don't further question any doubts.

IMO it would be rare for a person suffering with Bipolar Disorder (a.k.a. Manic Depression) and Schizophrenia to hold down the same job for any extended length of time, as these two disorders impact greatly a persons ability to work and complete regular activities of daily living.
So I think we can rule out these two disorders.

"These schizophrenia symptoms often make working impossible and can lead to periods of joblessness and even homelessness."

Petedavo,

Good spotting, the alleys are hard to see.

The alley between Stirling Hwy and Kingsmill, and the other one (Grange to Parry St) are on the same side of Stirling Hwy, as where SS used the phone (near Cnr Stirling Hwy & Stirling Rd). Those two alleys are a couple of blocks, further west of Stirling Hwy.

From what I can gather when CG was walking towards Mosman Park she walked on the opposite side of the road (south side). The three guys at the bus stop were on the north side of Stirling Hwy.

If I've got anything wrong please let me know. Thanks.

Photos are nice. But has anyone thought about paying BRE a visit at Hakea remand Centre & ask him some hard questions?

Yes.
I used to regularly play Tennis there pre-CSK.
Can't recall anything much about 6 Reserve St, or having seen many Nuns going in and out of there.
Although I have a feint recollection of a nun driving a small car at that end of Reserve St about 35 years ago.
How time flys!

Claremont & all nearby suburbs have laneways for the night cart (sewerage collection) before sewer mains were installed.

Back on track hey. BRE took all 3 girls way out. Except the KK victim at Karrakatta Cemetery. He had to you see. To leave less evidence hey?

I'm surprised that so many still exist. Most councils sold off the night cart land to the adjacent land owners, which is how my nanna's old place in East Cannington is so huge.

I'll try make some inquiries with those I know were still living close to Reserve St in 1995.

It's only natural that astute sleuthers would presume I suffer from Dissociative Identity Disorder (Multiple Personality Disorder) given my super special spooky "SPOOKS-R-US" user name!!!!
My username name itself implies more than one!
But alas, there is only one Spook in this spooky team.
And I've only ever posted using this one username!

Sorry to disappoint the conspiracy theorists and any other sleuths who presume an individual could be bothered posting under several different user names across various different forums and blogs over the last 4-10 years!

Who has that sort of time and, lets say, 'dedication'!!!!?????

The papers reported that V had gone to visit him, but I don't know about anyone else. I suppose his siblings and parents have gone to visit him. After they got over the initial shock. They've probably had some counselling too.
These are only my thoughts and opinion. No offense meant to any family if they are watching.

My guess, is that the accused CSK might of started off hanging around secluded walkways flashing his doodle as a kid, then escalated to attempting attacks in laneways by the time of the Huntingdale attack. I doubt if he broke from this MO, until he got a car, then maybe carparks, and then bundling a victim into his car prior to the KK attack. I think there might be many unreported or unlinked incidents or attempts involving laneways, cycleways, or carparks IMO.

It's much more quiet tonight. nothing to watch on TV, except the same boring crap. On Tuesday the grandkids go back to school, so I'm looking forward to that. I'll tidy up the house then watch TV. At the end of the day, I'll leave the vacuum cleaner out so my husband thinks I've been cleaning all day. LOL
