Three blokes in a car travelling down Stirling Rd onto Stirling Hwy saw her at the phonebox and car lights following them. However that can never came out onto Stirling Hwy.

I think the 3 minutes is too short for someone to try to force her into a car, she could easily have ran the few metres to Stirling Hwy. IMO she got into the car willingly and was gone when the taxi arrived 3 minutes after her call. If all her friends have been cleared of picking her up, my suspicion is on the guy whom she may have spent the night with the night before.

...or it was a fake taxi that came along and SS got into that thinking it was the taxi she had called.

DETECTIVES Investigating alleged offences yesterday discovered two cellars and connecting tunnels under a house they raided.
The subterranean system was found by chance when one of the detectives moved a floor safe in
the lounge-room.
The safe slip silently back under the floor, revealing a shaft.
The detectives climbed down into a timber lined room nearly two metres high by about here metres square.
A tunnel led from the room to another cavern farther under the house.
The chief of the DIB, Lee Walker, said that a quantity of graphic negatives of children aged from 10 to 17 had been seized.
The two cellars were dug under a $130,000 house in a quiet suburban street.
They were found after the CIB team, led by Det. Sgt. Jack Gage of the vice squad resumed their search for pornographic negatives.
An exhaustive search of several houses on Wednesday had resulted in the seizure of photographs but no negatives were found.
The police ripped up carpets in one house revealing the safe set into timber floor boards. Carpets
The safe was opened but it was only when one of the detectives fiddled with mechanism that it slid out of view on rails under the floor.
When the searchers peered into the hole they saw a flight of timber steps leading down into the cellars.
When they climbed down the steps they discovered that the rooms had electric lights and there was ducting to carry fresh air into the area.
Sand from the excavations is believed to fill depressions in the back yard.

The only connections I can see between JC, JR, SS and CG are - 3 girls went to Iona Presentation College. All girls were out late at night in entertainment areas of Perth. JC and SS country family connections. All girls were alone or having left friends they had been with. All seemed like very friendly people. MOO

Maybe the connection to Iona is not just co-incidence.

You can rule out two so called friends immediately. One turns up later when Jane is waiting by pole and has nothing to do with her. The only so-called friend that looked like Linda Donovan talking in the Crime Scene Hunt for Serial killer Documentary was the one with a ? who looked like she didn't even know Jane when she first exited Conti.

Then there is MM1 and MM2, Red Dot Man and the poleman who looks to be watching Jane and turns his head sharply over his shoulder to look at the parked car when MM comes into view. Then of course, bald guy who looks very similar to the drivers licence picture of Adrian B taken 17 years ago and the guy following him who also looks familiar and keeps turning around to look at Jane.

If the accused didn't abduct and murder Jane then any of the others would be suspect, IMO.

I'm pretty sure Jane went to Hollywood HS which is a normal state high school. No religion.

Hi Innerchild - with both SS and JR I feel they left their friends because they had organised to be picked up. SS called a taxi because her lift didn't turn up but then out of the blue he did and she hopped into his car. MOO

The documentary said JR had just turned down a ride home in a taxi with her friends?? She was standing on a disabled parking bay. IMO she wasn't waiting for a taxi but for a ride with a bloke she's met or been with that night. Take your pick at which one!!

SS disappearing in only 3 minutes!! That should limit the possibilities at what could have happened... and in that 3 minutes she walked over the opposite side of Stirling Rd, was seen by a car passing her down Stirling road and still disappeared before the ordered taxi arrived, without anyone seeing anything. Seem too short a time frame or a very organised SK on a schedule!

I wonder if there were priests or male teachers at Iona. It would be interesting to know if there have been allegations of sexual abuse to do with priests associated with the school or male teachers. MOO

Under oath a detective with knowledge of the Claremont serial killings said the killings were not random, just linked by being in attendance in Claremont. So a fair question IMO is what was linking them. Iona Presentation College was one link with most of the girls. Did the accused wife attend Iona or a Catholic College? Her family had the French restaurant only a few hundred metres from the school, so that may be a link??

Or if Iona is the connection then IMO it is relevant to look at possible links to the accused from Iona and not a silly question to wonder who the teachers or priests were between 1984 and 1995, IMO, especially when some Catholic Church Orders had high figures of sexual abuse being reported such as in the current Royal Commission.

IC I think you're assuming the "not random" part of that statement instantly refers to the alleged CSK's choice of victim.

But if you widen your focus, the "not random" aspect could also mean the alleged CSK spent years planning and organising the attacks - therefore the attacks being planned NOT random.

There's many ways to skin a cat when dealing with an extremely vague comment.
