Oh boy Janwa how many of these rapists and killers were running around the streets in that area at the same time? Incredible, and the same MO with BM. But BM was taken off the suspect list as the CSK wasn't he?

QUOTE BBM:

"There had also been reports police had investigated the possibility Bradley Murdoch, who was convicted of killing British tourist Peter Falconio, might have been involved as well as Mark Dixie, the man jailed for killing UK model Sally Anne Bowman. Both suspects have since been ruled out.
"

Creepy though that BM grew up and knew the area so well, too many similarities! I thought perhaps BRE might have copied this MO when he heard about Falconio case, but that case didn't occur until 2001 so long after the CSK murders? Don't know how BM was eliminated from suspects list, but WAPOL were very sure it wasn't him in our Claremont women's cases. Yet another layer to our CSK investigation, so many layers, and like an onion, it seems to stink to high heaven!

Couldn't open it.
If it's in regards to the Statutory Declaration by a Mr Geoff Gerald Atkins, then I'd be skeptical of the veracity of any of it, as there is much witness testimony that directly contradicts the timing and locations presented in that Stat Dec which indicates that neither the accused, the victims, nor even Mr Atkins were at the Barrow Creek Hotel on 14/7/2001. Thanks. Interestingly there was a Federal Politician living in Heytesbury Rd, Subiaco. I wonder if it was Christopher Martin Ellison? Not that it is relevant though. Just curious. A friend of mine was housesitting for them.

Hi again all,

Further to the possibe link to the indigenous by the accused, here's something from BLA report that I found:

QUOTE BBM:

BELMONT LITTLE ATHLETICS 2010/11 ANNUAL REPORT:

TREASURER’SREPORT (JANET ROWE):
“Thanksto Bradley, we were also able to secure a grant from the Department ofFamilies, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FAHCSIA) for$5000.00. “

It is against TOS to sleuth family or friends of a victim or POI/suspect. If it continues, timeouts will be issued.

Could it be the other way round. Same MO as Bradley Murdock or same MO as CSK? The accused has a relative in Broom. He probably visits Broom. Maybe he was the one who was involved in the Falconio murder case MOO

Interesting Joanne was hooded in the abduction.

Been trying to read all the info.

Jane Rimmer was found fully naked. Ciara was found half naked?

Jane Rimmer was found on the north heading side of the road with brushes placed over her?

The arum lily was just a brooch worn by the macro task force, symbolic of the death lily that Jane was found in.

Either way taking clothes off may have been carried out elsewhere as doing so roadside on Woolcoot would have been high risk stopped in the night.

You can only imagine someone passing by while someone was removing clothes. from a body.
It suggests someone heading north, stopped quickly and placed the body.

There must have been a thousands of easier places than that to rid a body.

This would have drawn suspicion by any passer by, say a neighbour sighting a vehicle stopped there.

You wouldnt think a vehicle would stop there long.

As for Pippidinny, that would have taken much longer dragging a body that far down an embankment in the pitch black of night.

Hi everyone - did Telstra have places where the cars and vans could be washed/cleaned by staff? Did they refuel at normal garages? I'm thinking along the lines of a place where CSK could clean victims and vehicles. MOO
What about the large shed which was situated at the former home – where the accused CSK grew up. JMO.

What sort of total didtance is that from the abduction point to the yard to the dumping points?
This would suggest deliberate placement of bodies away from the residence rather than a place of convenience?

78.8kms - Huntingdale to Pippidinny Rd, Eglinton

29.7kms - Huntingdale to Woolcoot Rd, Wellard

Someone pointed out beforehand City Beach is the same distance to Eglinton and Wellard. Meaning that’s the shortest distance, but there could be other suburbs which hold a central point – is anyone able to work those out?

I've often wondered why the CSK didn't offend again when he would have been well aware that WAPOL had their focus entirely on another person....LW. I would have thought that knowing this would have given him a strong sense of confidence. Any thoughts / suggestions?

33 minutes, 38 kilometres from Claremont to Huntingdale.

Would taking them home leave DNA everywhere though?

Thats a lot of risk.

The house and land where he grew up has since been subdivided. The house is still there but the sheds have all gone.

Back in 1996 not many cars on the road - we're talking about Perth WA. WA = wait a while

Bearing in mind the accused is innocent until proven guilty. JMO.

Thinking more about the various items of jewellery which were located afterwards.
Perhaps Jane’s watch slipped off because her arm was slumped in a downward position.

Other items may have dropped during the transporting and not picked up and tossed away by the CSK. I can’t imagine him handling the KK victim’s driver’s licence and tossing it away. I’d think someone committing such a crime would be nervous and quick to abscond; also these crimes were committed in the dark - no hunting around with a torch.

Also, the pervert who was spotted pleasuring himself at Rowe Park. That was the vicinity where the victim was abducted – “not raped” at that point. If the pervert was the CSK that would suggest he particularly enjoyed the abduction part of the attack.

These are only my thoughts and opinions.

A couple of thoughts.

Firstly it's a perfect set up for him to stop while focus is on another person. Makes that other person look more suspect because coincidently the attacks have stopped now the police have made it known to that person he is under investigation (hope that makes sense).

In addition, IF the person now charged is found guilty, we can look at his circumstances around the time the attacks stopped.

If I remember correctly (and never trust my memory!) BRE moved in with partner and child in 2000. I'm wondering how long they were together before that - ? Say they first met in 2007. If so, accused circumstances have changed. Focus now on new relationship. If my move in date of 2000 is correct, accused has become an instant live in partner and father. Big big change in life circumstance and focus remains. Must have been contentment in relationship for many years which addressed reason attacks were committed in the prior years. Maybe by the time that's finished in 2015ish, accused has grown out of insecurities/anger/psychological issues which led to attacks in first place.

Maybe age of accused and dynamics of relationship with 1st serious partner didn't satisfy his issues in his younger years.

There are many cases of serial killers who have taken breaks due to life circumstances and then commenced again. Not necessarily because a relationship has finished but because they have been kept busy with young children etc. I could be wrong but I think Gary Ridgeway was one, or maybe BTK - one of those guys anyway.

Hope I haven't crossed any boundaries here mods. Didn't mean to.

If indeed he did stop because LW became a suspect, I don’t recall us, the general public being made aware for a significant timeframe. I vaguely recall, it being several years after the victims were abducted that there was a TV program advising WAPOL or the taskforce had been following a POI for a couple of years and that he was a public servant. We didn’t know any more than that. Am I correct here or can anyone recall when the public first became aware LW was a POI?

I agree something significant changed in the accused CSKs life. Like something put the wind up him, scared the heebie-jeebies out of him. Perhaps he was nearly caught or someone found something. BRE also moved back with his folks after the Fountain Way property was sold – similar time as CG was discovered. I think Pandit suggested when he moved back to his folks house; any further opportunities were taken away, which makes sense.

These are only my thoughts opinions.

  • #858
Yes Jackman. When I wrote my thoughts about the initial suspect vs the current that actually crossed my mind - ie: who actually knew about it and whether and when it went public.

So I don't think he was scared, just otherwise occupied perhaps...

Hi Jackman,

This might help about LW as a POI.

Lance Williams was named after a police sting in the late 1990s which used a policewoman as a decoy. Williams picked up the undercover officer, who asked to be driven to a nearby suburb

George Papamihail, one of Weygers's lawyers, says his investigation has unearthed two more likely suspects. "If it's taken us one week then why has it taken police eight years?' he asked.
