Was it the OBH & that was a lead up so as per she recognises him? They chatted who knows; 5 to 7 mins & then he left. Conti meet up later on, maybe a week or 3 later & she was all relaxed having felt she knew him as being ok, as having met him at the OBH?

The person I am most interested in identifying is the well-educated Martial Arts Practitioner from a wealthy English family (who was 34 years old in 1996/1997). He worked closely with SS and had once met Jane Rimmer. He told "blatant lies" during his police interviews and played down his close working relationship with SS. Could not provide any alibis for the nights the women were murdered. Polygraph test results were "inconclusive".

Does anyone know who the serial killers are that are referred to in the table found at the above link, the first being the one from 1998-1999 who attacked women on the street, over powered them and stuffed them in the boot of his car and later slit their throats (4 victims) and secondly the one from 1997-2001 whom blitz attacked 3 women with a knife.

The one whom slit the throats of this victims stands out as he shares an extremely similar MO to the CSK if the CSK victims did indeed have their throats cut.

I wonder how the CSK feels about the crimes 20yrs on, i mean, if we assume he was someone in their late 20's or 30's they would be around 50 today if still kicking.

Would there be any remorse do you think?
If CG was the last victim and he stopped for whatever reason, do you think that as time has gone by, he may have realised what a terrible thing he did back then and feel any sorrow towards the families.
Perhaps he has a family of his own now and could relate to how a parent would feel faced with losing them in such circumstance.

Its a terrible thing what happened to those young women, but i feel a deeper sense of loss for the Spiers as they have never been able to have any closure with Sarah still missing.
After 20 years i dont hold out much hope for an arrest but i'd be satisfied if SS parents could lay their little girl to rest.

It is truly hard to say how he feels, a significant number of killers commit suicide or confess due to the guilt of their crimes but an even greater remain proud of their 'achievment' I personally feel the CSK is of the latter although there is no evidence to confirm this, it's just my hunch.

Thanks for that Bart, I suspected that one as being peter Dupas but always thought he had broke into homes and murdered his victims for some reason, so that abduction part threw me. As for Leonard Fraser the article I had read after searching the time line suggested he strangled his victims and not slit their throats so was once again duped!

I can only assume both were looked into and cleared so there goes my new leads of the day! back to the drawing board.

I don't know about anyone else but I can't find any similar murders anywhere else in the world let alone interstate.

My best guess is the CSK stopped and is still residing in Perth, most likely within a 7km radius of Claremont.

I'm quite confident that Macro would have checked every male that left Perth within a year of the last murder, and also checked people who were incarcerated during that period.

Yeah, I'm confident that it's a single male perpetrator still residing in Perth. I believe the crimes were sexually motivated, as in the CSK was either rebounding from a failed relationship or not being sexually fulfilled at the time. It may be that he had met a female person that is none the wiser that he is the CSK and he somehow gains his sexual stimulation from her. Whatever the case, this guy will definitely be a sexual deviant that views a lot of weird and partakes in weird twisted sexual activity.

These are some of the things I would do to try and solve the case

1. Monitor internet usage of POIs. See what they are accessing
2. Ask/subpoena ISPs to flag anyone accessing the type of that the CSK might be interested in
3. Raise the reward to $1m
4. Re-interview all victims of sexual assault in the area in the 1990s
5. Work with a TV network to produce a new TV special
a. Exhibit missing items again
b. Appeal for the drivers of those cars to come forward
c. Appeal for anyone who was sexually assaulted (no matter how small) in the 1990s but didn't report, come forward
d. Ask people if they knew anyone in the 70s and 80s who was a bed wetter as an early teen, or liked lighting fires, or hurting animals
e. Ask people if they knew anyone who had a new white commodore during that period


If there is a DNA read

1. Obtain the DNA of all open POI's. Legally or illegally. Just needs to be done. The issue needs to be forced one way or another
2. Use DNA to get an idea of what the CSK looks like

Mate, I agree with all of those suggestions but I think it's too late. If it's done it needs to be of a Coroners Inquest. How WA POL have managed to avoid one this far is beyond me. It seems they must have told the families something to keep their hopes alive, but surely after this long you would have doubt?

I think the only chance now is an inquest.
