I know you had an interest in the car in the driveway at BRE's place from the streetview pictures. I was looking through old threads and I found this from TrueBlue2017 a verified insider.

Thanks. I remembered that post, but couldn't find it. It was because of conjecture that the CSK accused was a possible POI in Kerry Turner's murder, and hence the interest in the car and it's vague similarities to the car reportedly seen picking her up. IMO not the same, and that post supports my opinion.
I had someone else in mind as a possible POI at the time for both Kerry Turner and Julie Cutler cases due to coincidences in that person's routes between home and workplaces in both years and a reported incident in MSM years before that had striking similarities to what Julie Cutler allegedly said about an incident with a motor vehicle sometime before her disappearance, but now I'm thinking that maybe untrue and just a cry for help and the story might of been made up based upon that very same earlier story in the Daily News. I'm thinking this, because of the abandoned work uniform, the purse being abandoned at her home, her split from her boyfriend and her family having left for Kalgoorlie and being stuck in a low paying job, changing into a ball dress before leaving the Parmelia rather than being seen leaving in staff uniform, having a degree that didn't help job prospects in hard economic times, and having gone gone to Iona Finishing School probably leaving her feelings a bit left behind by her peers. IMO

Photos I took from JR's d-site and corner of Woolcoot and Millar Roads showing bonfire and party area.

To me, it looks as though a vehicle had been burnt, and then removed. Amongst the refuse looks like bits and pieces of a car.

I'm really interested to find out what the one item from CG's body that was initially overlooked by WAPOL, but was later tested leading to DNA discovery!

Considering CG was found fully clothed, I wonder if this item was a button or something like a box-chain necklace that could contain DNA traces that couldn't be wiped away and cleaned up by the alleged perpetrator.

Can we discuss why CG was found fully clothed? Is it possible that CG had been undressed and then dressed. Perhaps something was put back incorrectly, like inside out. CG was a lawyer and probably knew what to say to the creep. The whole thought is mindboggling and worth some discussion. What's everyone elses thoughts.

There were plenty of empty beer bottles and beer cans around too.
But maybe something big like a car did get burned, but then why would they remove it?

The fact that CG was fully clothed and there were no traces of rape were two reasons why I mentioned earlier that the accused could be a sadistic killer and not just a violent rapist hiding his identity by murdering his victims, the latter which has been suggested by others before here.

Possibly the accused is a Sadistic Killer who maybe discovered he enjoys the act of killing? It's also been suggested that maybe the accused got interrupted during the alleged crime and wasn't able to complete any sexual acts with this particular victim? Hence clothes still on and no evidence of rape.

Furthermore, do we know whether CG was wearing her own clothes???

And were the clothes CG was wearing ripped or torn, or were the clothes in one piece, although decomposing also??

Definitely illegal street drinking occurring....
My photos show wine bottle (green from being in sun), silver goon bag, broken glass beer bottles (harder to see in photos).

Why people would take a toddler or small child along to these bonfire parties is a mystery too?

Regarding the bonfire parties on the corner of Woolcoot and Miller Roads, maybe the accused knew about this location because he'd been there before to one of the parties when he was younger?

Woolcoot Road of course was the D-site of JR.

Spooks, do you have a link to you assertion that there were no traces of rape for CG?

Whilst out bush walking I've noticed that burnt cars are removed, leaving small remnants and springs. Perhaps after a couple of years the local shire removes them.

It did cross my mind that the d-site might have been sentimental to the accused.

Council clean up. Maybe we'll have a record of car bodies being removed from Wellard in Kwinana Council Minutes online?

My gut feeling is that JR knew her killer, and she was murdered to protect his identity (this was possibly true for SS also). In contrast, I think he picked up CG in his car as she was trying to get home, tried to seduce her, was rejected and he killed out of frustration and annoyance at being rejected. In this same vein, KK victim was not murdered as she couldn't identify her attacker. Completely personal opinion and unjustifiable of course.

Yes I have the link somewhere bookmarked. I was looking for the link immediately after I made that post but then got distracted and forgot. Apologies.
Will hunt it down for you.

IMO the clothing aspects of the accused crimes are important - maybe a signature, MO or staging.

  • #1,355
Modus operandi and 'calling cards' of serial criminals.

The fact that CG was left fully clothed seems to explain that the accused was disturbed or spooked by an interruption, and left not finishing the job. Perhaps another vehicle ventured nearby, an overhead chopper or bushfire. It’s highly possible he was left feeling very dissatisfied – especially as he’d put so much effort into the preceding’s. The probability of almost being caught may have been the reason the abductions seized.

From what I’ve read the signature doesn’t change and it would appear that the CSKs signature was leaving them nude (i.e. KK victim & JR). These are only my thoughts and opinions. Please correct me if I’m wrong!

Below is part of an article, located online which explains the calling cards of SKs. The article in summary….. experts believe that criminal's fantasies are evident in their signature. If the fantasy is that of humiliation, for example, the criminal may pose his or her victims in degrading ways before or after they torture, kill, or rape them. Exemplified using the above hypothetical, the rapist could complete this signature by having the victim pose for photos or release her back to the parking lot nude after the commission of the crime. In either case, both acts are beyond those necessary to commit the crime of rape and both are replete with themes of humiliation. When the rapist offends again, the fantasy will be repeated and the degrading poses or release of a nude victim will be their signature.

Not all serial cases include a signature. Sometimes the offender will not be able to complete the signature aspects of their crime. Factors such as time, victim behavior, or unforeseen events like intrusions, can prevent them from completing the behaviors beyond those necessary to commit the crime. When this occurs, the offender is often less satisfied with crime.

Yes agree with you CV. But that the signature maybe the clothing itself not just the fact victims were fully clothed or naked. And yes the accused may have been interrupted as I mentioned in an earlier post.

Spooks-R-Us
Canning Vale

I'm not sure about the clothing.
Maybe a stupefying substances was used to get them to the sites, (as driving so far with a hysterical abductee would be downright difficult) with the intention of making them strip off and doing his bidding when he got there. Possibly he overdosed one and wasn't interested in necrophiliac activities. Only someone who's studied the crime scenes might know.

Re: CG

Sometime between the twenty days between Fri 14 March and Thur 3 April 1997 CG was killed and found near a track in scrub off Pipidinny Rd, Eglinton. It’s starting to make sense that CG was abducted and probably detained for the weekend. The signature being omitted due to a distraction (perhaps the bricklayer)….

The bricklayer, now 62, said about 4.30am on a Sunday morning in March 1997 he was heading south on Wanneroo Rd, from Yanchep to his work site at Nollamara, when he saw the taxi begin turning out of Pipidinny Rd in front of him. http://www.perthnow.com.au

“I saw him and he obviously saw me and stopped,” he said. “I had to brake and pull towards the side of the road. It was definitely a Ford Falcon and it was a grubby thing too. I saw the front more than I saw the side. It was definitely a taxi.
“I thought there might have been someone sitting in the back,” he added.

The three relevant Sunday’s in March were: 16[SUP]th[/SUP], 23[SUP]rd[/SUP] or 30[SUP]th[/SUP] 1997 Calendar

Note: its general practice that government employees have a RDO on a Mon or Fri.

These are only my thoughts and opinions.
