15-year-old female Emma-Lee KOWALSKI.

Emma‑Lee was in the Mandurah area on Saturday morning, 14 February 2026.

Subsequent police inquiries revealed she was sighted about 10.40am the following morning, Sunday, 15 February 2026, walking on Barrack Street in Perth.

She was wearing a blue top, black shorts, and was carrying a backpack.

Emma-Lee has not been located, and concerns are held for her welfare.

She prefers to go by the name ‘Lee’ and is described as having long brunette/red hair.

Police believe Emma-Lee is on foot around the Perth City but may have travelled elsewhere.

A post on Facebook from family suggests that the last sighting, bank transaction and call to friends was Sunday. Between murray street and Atwell, Perth. However msm is not making any promotion relating to her missing status or these claims. Hopefully she is OK.
