'seperated'.....a delicate way of saying terminated. He can't collect his super until he is 67, either... o well..
If justice is a real thing, that super will hopefully be ruled to be given to his children as “victim compensation”…….. ⚖️

certainly , his wife 's estate is entitled to the pro rata share of his contributions during his working life..... hopefully, his kids solicitor is on to it.,

I will never fail to be amazed at the how he thought this was going to end up... how he imagined it to be, and how far that thought was divorced from hard cold reality...

Looks like the kids Solicitor has managed to secure a Court Order to preserve the estate and preserve Frances’ assets ………….

When I turned on my computer early this morning, I was still not quite awake.

I got a big fright and thought i'd done something wrong when this big gavel, hammer thing took up my whole page.

Is anything happening with this case ?

Or is it another one stuck in limbo waiting for ‘ something’ (while those incarcerated wait at ‘His Majesty’s Pleasure’ but on our Taxpayer funds ) - maybe its forensics from the now closed Qld lab, or the Court waiting lists overflowing due to the red tape & misdirection that has people appearing on regular occurrences, instead of being immediately treated as they deserve, or is it the infinite paperwork that needs to be prepared, perused - by one side & then the other - then appropriately filed & applied etc. ( while they do the same for the myriad of other alleged murderers etc.)

Who knows.

I’m not suggesting we disregard our beliefs in Justice for all, that’s of paramount importance. However I do think there’s an overhaul needed in the procedures, requirements & standards of our courts.

IMO only.

I hope the committal proceedings are not under suppression.

I'm ok with however long they take to get to trial.
It makes me feel more positive that a thorough case is being put together and that they are not missing anything.
