Australia - Frances Crawford 49, found dead after suspicious lawn mower accident in Queensland.

"Kedziora also told the court when Queensland Ambulance Service arrived about 4am, they reported Mrs Crawford’s body was cold and stiff, and rigor mortis in basically all muscle groups.

“So basically, it sort of means that Mrs Crawford had been deceased for some time for the rigor mortis to develop,” Kedziora said.

“If I see quite a bit of bruising around the neck, it means that it may have been sustained during life.”

Under those conditions, it generally takes 8-12 hours for full rigor mortis to develop and for the body to cool completely, which it was that night - meaning she was probably killed the day before in the early afternoon. So if a person put her body there in a staged manner, as is alleged by the prosecution, they must not have known that rigor mortis is slowed when the body is outside in freezing conditions.

Do we know how tall he is? He looks so petite in the press photos.

I had thought one needed to be tall to be a RAAF pilot, but it seems to not be the case:

Royal Australian Air Force Pilot Requirements
...
Height
Sitting Height: 78 to 101cm. Buttock to knee length; 50 to 67cm.

I tried to estimate his height using an average caucasian menton-vertex height of 22cm, and also a median size of 13.1cm from tragion to top of head from the 2012 Anthropometric Survey of U.S. Army Personnel. Which is not a very accurate way of estimating overall height at all, for a variety of reasons.

But then there is this photo from the Daily Mail where he looks quite tall (unless the woman next to him is extremely short):

Or there is this video from the Courier Mail of his arrest, where he looks short compared to the female officer, just comparing their shoulder heights (she could just be very tall) but also compared to the Hyundai i30 (which has a height of 145cm)

So it's hard to say because of the confusing different images, but I'd guess he's around 165cm or 5'5".

I Googled military pilots in the US and while there used to be certain limitations for height/weight requirements depending on the model (it was more of an issue for ejection), now they have been removed and people “from minimum standing height of 5’4” and a maximum of 6’5”” should be OK. I assume the same principles apply worldwide. Crawford looks of average height to me but IMO, he is slightly stooping. Perhaps on the photos where he is standing straight, he looks taller.

IMO - I reckon 6ft 2 on his OnlyPilots profile, and all his own teeth. 🤭

We should go to the trial, Marg - absolutely dying to go!

I am appalled at the lack of coverage on this case. It makes NO SENSE to me!

Plenty of coverage up here in Qld. What makes no sense to me is that he is still out on bail!

Obviously Mr Crawford’s attempt to try to portray himself as something else with the use of colour influence didn’t cut it with Acting Magistrate Sue Ganasan!

The Significance of Blue Ties

1. Trust and Dependability: Blue, a color reminiscent of the sky and sea, is universally recognized for its calming and trustworthy qualities. When you choose a blue tie, it subtly communicates that you are reliable and dependable. This makes blue ties a perfect choice for business meetings, interviews, and other professional environments where you want to establish trust.

2. Confidence and Stability: A deeper shade of blue conveys confidence and stability, portraying the wearer as a pillar of strength and reliability. It’s an ideal choice for those who are in leadership roles or aspiring to project authority and professionalism.

3. Serenity and Calmness: Lighter blues tend to evoke a sense of peace and calmness, making them suitable for negotiations or situations where a conciliatory mood is beneficial. They help soften your appearance and make you more approachable.
