How many failed digs do they to do before they admit phips was innocent

I don't follow your logic, how not finding remains necessarily makes anyone innocent.

  • #163
not finding remnants would suggest there no remians there the reason for there being remnants there would probably be he dident do it

theres never been a scrap of evidence against him other than his son changing stories that hes son never told when phips was alive

  • #164
Not finding remains in one spot doesn't rule out that the person may have moved the remains to somewhere else.
Or it may mean that searching wasn't thorough enough and the remains are there but were missed in the search.

  • #165
Exactly. Not finding remains on a property just means they are probably somewhere else. That says nothing about the property owner's guilt nor innocence, IMO.

  • #166
How many times have they dug his property? Now, I don't think the digs could possibly of been more thorough than they were if phips was alive and they were still insisting he was guilty despite finding absolutely no evidence to back it up he would probably have a very good case for a harassment suit

I'm new to this case
but Hayden's wife's & researcher Mullin's theory seems plausible to me.
(Description of a man playing with children on the beach, one pound note, allegations about the man.
And these are only apart from son's trauma)

It seems the article is based on the book "Unmasking the Killer" mentioned in it.

But this is the first time I'm hearing about the case.
I saw the report and decided to send a link here.

These poor children :(

I agree. Maybe "the Satin Man" did it, but I'm not convinced at all, and it's just more of the same from Mullins, who has a vested interest in selling his theory. There is nothing actually "new" here and I don't find the evidence all that compelling.

In the US, it seems half of of California thinks a family member was the 1960's Zodiac killer. Some stories sound promising, but they've never panned out.

I see some possibilities:

- Some victims never disclose the truth.
Never, ever.
- Some victims bury the truth in their unconsciousness.
In other words, they "forget".
- Not all are molested.
Some are not, for whatever reason.
- Hayden said he protected his brother and warned father.

But, as I wrote earlier, I'm not acquainted with this case very well.

But even if he did molest one son, there is still no actual evidence that he kidnapped and killed the Beaumont kids. Mullins' theory that the kids' swim suits were the same colors as his favourite satin gowns is laughable. I know people like to imagine these days that back then kids were never harmed, but the reality is he could not have been the only (possible) child molester in the general area.

About the book, and how a lot of evidence is pointing to Harry Phipps - according to the writers of the book:
Unmasking the Killer of the Missing Beaumont Children

"In fact, Stuart’s approach to Bill came after he identified a tantalising piece of evidence – the beige clip purse Jane Beaumont carried with her on the day of the children’s fateful outing. He saw it while visiting the home of an elderly widow, Elizabeth Phipps, in June 2007 "

" Xanthe has walked the 300-metre triangle that the authors believe Phipps used in his abduction. “In 2018, I stood outside the old Phipps home,” she tells me. “Straight in front is the beach, just to the left is Wenzel’s Cakes. It is all so close together, and I could imagine how he did it, assuring them he’d drive them home if they just followed him the short distance to his car.”

SBM

Also the testimony of Haydn, about his father being a phedofile and his abuser is mentioned.
Has the Beaumont Children mystery finally been solved?
