Didi1201, I thought Karen's Merc was described as blue originally.
Anyone else remember? I can't find any links now about the colour.

Merc is definitely black.

What colour is Karen's Merc SLK, do you think?

I wonder how often Vas visits the site and why? I hardly think ACA would camp out just hoping for Vas to appear from the bush.
imo
VAS could be visiting the site as a misdirection, even though nothing wrong with visiting, people are curious, he could be doing his own ivestigation.
It is possible Br did it himself and noone knows about it.
ACA crew was visiting the site then our good old friend vas pops up behind the bushes lol

Anyway, where was blue SLK caught on cctv, somewhere near the site i guess and br didn't mention he was driving in the area?

Considering she's o/seas its strange her car is out on the street.

Huge thankx hollyfield. That's interesting to know she still got her passport & there's no problems with her travelling o/seas.

OK under the circumstances with Karen's death anniversary looming would Sara prefer to be at home?
With the current snap media revelations would she be quickly coming back or might not be necessary. It's hard to figure.

I was surprised she still had her passport too. But of course, unless she is charged etc. they really can't stop her from travelling overseas/order her to hand over her passport.
I just find it interesting she is away, maybe she knows something is about to happen regarding her mum's case and thought it'd be best to be away from it all while it happens...

Yes I agree. It is possible that Borce could have done this himself. But the no one else knowing about it....nup. Imo there are someone(s) that know.
If indeed Vas is visiting the site to misdirect, that would indicate that he had at the least some knowledge. Or why else would he bother misdirecting and who would he be misdirecting for?

I was always under the impression that Karen's Merc was red. I don't know why I thought that unless I read it somewhere but I can't find any reference to it now.

Sorry to disappoint emirates, just a law student here who is just as interested in the case as you are :)

I haven't followed this case for a few months, its back in media.

What is with black Merc SLK, its different color than Karen's?

In regards to ACA and Vas running into them, I don't know what to think, media is so greedy and desperate for ratings. What are the odds ACA and VR running into each other in bushes where body was disposed? Do they have crew on site 24/7, sleeping and taking turns?
Or is it staged to make it look spontaneous, sensational and freak at the same time, VR gets some $$ , people flock to their TV screens to get high and in the process they get bombarded by commercials, 'buy this buy that and you will be complete' kind od thing

When is this going to be shown in Victoria?

With regard to Vasko--I wonder if the family heard that something was going on at the Mt Macedon location and Vasko went along to quietly check it out. I'm also thinking that the media planned it that way--the information that there was some commotion at the site was purposely leaked toward the family in the hope that someone would be lured and "sprung". (My thoughts only.)

I don't think it's beyond the realm of possibility that Vasco was there simply to mourn the death of a family member and friend.
Everyone mourns differently. If you were implicated in a murder and/or disposing of a body, you would likely isolate yourself as far away from the crime scene as possible, even years later, as the risk of being seen would be too great and would generate the wrong kind of attention.

There's always the alternative; that Vasco went back to the crime scene to see if something that was concealed nearby was discovered by law enforcement. Maybe something was buried or hidden nearby or concealed during the dumping of Karen's body? The anxiety knowing that something important was concealed nearby was too great, and curiosity got the better of him? Given the circumstances, this seems more plausible to me... People lose sleep over such things.

I'm quite sure that LE have been watching VR repeatedly visit the site and said 'next time he makes a move, we'll send ACA up there'

Too much of a coincidence to be an accident IMO

Nothing wrong with VR lurking around the site, funny how people see it as a suspicious when family members don't visit the site, then again when they do it causes drama.

Google searches on ipad are more interesting, do we have dates when he was doing searches?

if that is true, it would be the only sign of grief h has shown

Borce Ristevski remains a key person of interest in the case and police have not ruled him out as the driver of the vehicle.

His lawyer Rob Stary told The Age hours after Ms Ristevki's body was found that he was the "number one suspect" in the case.

Inspector Day said Mr Ristevski was still a key figure for police: "I'll take out the word prime and [say] yes, he is a suspect," he said.

Fairfax Media does not suggest Vasko Ristevski or Borce Ristevski have committed any crime.

I see see this as a threat and a promise.

“The person who has done this has a story to tell. They only get one chance to tell it. I encourage them, if they are so inclined, tell it now,” he said.

Imma getting ready to brave the cold. The excitement of the arrest will overpower the Sydney frosts.

You'll end up headlining the evening news they'll get you.

This is a reasoned view looking at it from both sides. I can't help hoping it is the latter and there is more undiscovered evidence at the site, particularly that gold Coach handbag with Karen's mobile in it!

I don't trust ACA to tell the truth, so I reckon they could bait anyone and even tell them the site where KR was found. I don't put much credence in V being seen there -media love to get an angle. But hey it adds to the drama of the moment and that is probably just what the police need, a diversion. I think the police read their suspect and I think if V had done anything they would have been all over V like a rash -he talks and likes the limelight, but they bide their time with their true suspects, esp ones who like to move into 'normal life'.
Borce is bit too much like GBC for my liking. He got on with his life regardless of the damage around him. Wondering if there is something more unusual about Sara and Borce and their relationship.... my father would NEVER require me to shut up about my missing mum.

And I would never listen to him. Maybe I am just headstrong. But that is what strikes me as being TOTALLY hinky!
