Borce Ristevski facing second week of witness evidence over wife’s alleged murder
POLICE are today expected to argue evidence in the case against accused wife killer Borce Ristevski should be kept secret.

Ms Haban-Beer is arguing the evidence from an Optus technician before the court could be harmful to police operations if made public because it reveals critical details about police methodology.

Evidence the cops want hidden

Looks as though this still has not been dealt with.

Eventually, this is going to have to go the way the court wants it. Either at the committal hearing, which is going on now, or at the trial. In other words, the secret can only be kept for a limited time, once the results of that secret are tabled as evidence. And that bell cant be unrung, the evidence from the Optus technology has been placed before the court.

It's either that, or lose the case for the prosecutor, and the subsequent waste of taxpayers money in trying to separate the evidence from the method of collection.

So why have some people saying it was K
So this is the wife of a Ristevski nephew . Not sure from which of Borces brothers though.

Do we know if it was that morning or day before?
Just a thought, and taking a guess but could be about contacting Karen about finding a dress for an event that she had coming up in October .

Could the lounge room be the room in question with the rug?
A room, a visitor is asked to come in, that makes the most sense, yes. The lounge room.

I am so interested in this. Can't wait.:cool::cool:
Pathology is my field and will love the details stated.:):):)
Hope he reveals all, but may not, so others are not aware 'how they determine these facts'.
My interest would apply to Borce. Will he stay cool and emotionless?

This is frustrating, our legal system is too slow and inefficient, we have 2 week court to decide if there will be a trial. Sure there must be better way than this. It will cost tons of taxpayers money and in the process a few lawyers will pay off their mortgages and Mercs

This could be one of the most expensive murders in Australia. Does Borce uses taxpayers money to defend himself?

Initially it was said it was going to be four weeks. So two is better I guess.
Could Borce have elected to skip the committal hearing?
That would have saved some of the tax payers money.
imo
