Could she have been looking for a place to rent for Borce ?

I wonder what his response will be to Karen reviewing 14 bedsits in St Kilda .... and Aunt P taking that review seriously enough to have Borce drive her around to check all of them. Sure sounds like Karen had less-expensive plans to find somewhere else to live, to me.

more likely a place to rent for Sarah. It makes no sense for Karen to live in St Kilda, she'd have to struggle clear thru the city to the other side every day and back to get to work..

And Borce in a bed sitter in St Kilda... I just cant see it, and it's difficult to imagine Borce at ease there.. he's a western suburbs man thru and thru

I find the choice of St Kilda pretty interesting. It is a good 50 minute drive to Bella Bleu from there, and a decent 45 minute drive from the house in Avondale Heights.

How far is it from the Uni that Sarah attended? Considering that she apparently also worked at her mum's shop.

st Kilda for Sarah would give her 3 tramlines at her disposal. St Kilda Rd, Park St, and Canterbury Rd light rail. all to RMIT, Melb U, etc. 15 mins.

Wasn't it Patricia Gray who said "discarded like a piece of rubbish"

"The paper said Borce’s theory was revealed as another family member, Patricia Gray, said she believed the 47-year-old woman had been murdered and “discarded like a piece of rubbish.”

 it's yahoo again. If anyone can find the original report from Herald Sun..

It's technically feasible, but why would Karen (or anyone using that computer) want Sarah out of the family home? They were cash strapped. Had the discord become this bad? Why didn't Sarah say anything to Aunt P, when she went out looking with Borce?

A separate point.. If websites or apps like realestate.com were used, it would have been clear whether the searches were for buy or rental.

Perhaps Karen was encouraging Sarah to get out on her own, to get her away from the influences of Borce .... influences like becoming a shareholder in Borce's new-and-likely-to-fail business. Things that could ruin Sarah's independent new start to adult life.

edited by me for clarity.

It is possible the discord had become that bad.

Sarah not saying anything to Aunt P could be part of Sarah's process, after all, Sarah went to a great deal of kerfuffle to make out in court that everything at home was peachy pie and tutti frutti, no one ever argued, and if they did, it was Mum that started it and Dad that calmed everyone down, great guy that he is, that the business was fine, when it was dead but not lying down out of fury, that every thing in the garden was rosy, and Mum left the house all the time in her bare feet to walk the dubious streets of Avondale, just for the heck of it..

puleeease…..

ooo a nice long hot hideous summer in remand, I hope. If Borce gets bail , I'll... I'll...…...

But he'll probably have some sort of 'air conditioning' in remand whereas at home, he couldn't afford this, I would think.:D
This is perhaps why he didn't apply for bail, last summer: better to have food, and air conditioning supplied.:)

no doubt good old Ant will try and do something ridiculous to get into the remand centre, also... just to show Dad how tough he is.... and then Vlasko will have to step up and run the family concerns. . fun times for the Ristevski's .

A house of secrets and lies, ending in murder. Not a simple case of domestic violence MOO

Hopefully prosecution will not need to sort out all the secrets to convict the murderer. I would be happy to have that, without knowing all the answers.

All of MSM is now publishing about the murder trial date. Check out today's pic of Borce in this link. He has aged a bit, that's for sure.
Well deserved, because poor Karen is unable to age another second. :(

Next directions hearing in 4 months time.

Mr Ristevski appeared in the dock in a black suit and white open-necked shirt. He shared a brief smile with his defence lawyers before the hearing began.

The court heard on Monday that the trial was estimated to last between four and five weeks.

"This is a matter where there is a large amount of material to go through," said defence lawyer David Hallowes.

Another directions hearing is due to be held in the Supreme Court on December 12 this year.

BR is not a happy man at all! He will be even less so after the trial has ended, I suspect.

I realise that this is not the current topic of conversation, but the info in this new article made me wonder ...... who the heck was helping Borce try to get around identifying info found on his phone. The Maps feature that can track your every move if your location services are on is not something your average Joe would understand.

I reckon he must have spoken with someone to help him out with such a thing.
Who do they know with enough IT savvy to understand the programs that run in the background on mobile devices?

'how to delete and disable your Google history?', 'where to find map that shows Google is tracking your location', 'find location history in Google Maps on iPhone' and 'Apple Maps timeline Google search'
Murder-accused Borce Ristevski won't stand trial until 2019

I wonder who would be the most likely ‘suspect’?
