Also, there are enough people using this forum who have been around long enough to see quite a few sentences overturned, for being manifestly inadequate, for example, Pistorius,, the horror when it looked like he was about to prance free on accidental death stuff, and the laws of South Africa ground away in the slow but sure way and then Oscar was bunged away for quite some time, legs or no legs. .


And the classic, Baden-Clay who tried to pull one on as swift as Borce, and got thoroughly dragged thru the court like a dead rabbit in a dogs jaw in the end, despite all the money Dad threw at the court, and all the prayers and donations Olivia managed to scrounge from her congregation. … There goes Gerard, in for life, bye bye.

and so on. So we have had solid demonstrations of things not remaining as unfair as it first appears.. Victorians are not adverse to objecting loudly and politically to this kind of stuff, as well, and I have great faith in the general Vic public...

So … we wait.
