Here you go https://www.facebook.com/Whereiskarenristevski I had issues telling them apart for a second and nearly posted the other one :)
LOL It's all getting a tad confusing isn't it? Someone just posted a link on the other Where is Karen FB page to another Where is Karen FB page (the link you've provided above). It's getting rather silly now IMOO. I mean, why now? Why was a page not created when she first went missing? Weird. Am thinking someone wants to give us Websleuthers a platform to discuss the Stepsons Allegations, but why not join websleuths and become a verified insider? They're more likely to be taken more seriously if they do that. JMOO

Took Basil the British Bulldog for a drive down Oakley this morning. Garage open with 2 grey cars......one with a "P" plate (guessing that might be Sarah's). There were 3 men standing opposite from the house with another short fellow with his back towards me - I noticed he had grey hair so I am not sure if that was Borce or not. I didn't want to look to obvious of course so I really couldn't get a good look of the men. Off course I wanted another look so I stopped parked a street away and took Basil for a walk past - garage doors closed, with nobody in sight.

The river was busy today. No police in sight.
Thanks for the update, Emirates1957, much appreciated. Re your latest post. Looking forward to reading about your trip to Karens Boutique in Taylors Lakes, if you do decide to go! :D

ETA: IF you do go, can you please take special note on what the others are wearing, her employees I mean. How are they dressed? Black on Black or similar style. I have to say too, when first described what she was wearing, moreso the JEANS, I did not visualise the black skin jeans the mannequin is wearing.

It's good though, at least something is now being done. They are saying that this one has been started by family, which IMO should have been done much earlier.

I'm glad to see the new FB page is focusing on Karen's disappearance.

I absolutely agree that it should have been created earlier. At least within 48 hours of Karen going missing IMO.

Yeah why didn't they do you think, because deep down they knew it was bad?

Thanks for the update Em.

So theres a pretty good chance the daughter does live at home..... I know some people were asking earlier on if she did.

I think she most likely does ......kids just don't move early these days...

For me personally it rules out the Mum going missing the previous night ....

Daughter could now keep her car in the garage when she is visiting, to keep it away from prying eyes.
Daughter could have been staying at a friend's house the night before Karen was reported missing.
Daughter could have stayed out late and left the house early, so she didn't see her mum since dinnertime.
At 21 they tend to live very independently, even if they do live at home.

I don't have a feel one way or the other for when Karen went missing. But until we get more info, I'm going to keep the options open.

If someone saw something being thrown into the water (possibly spurring the recent water search), I wonder if that was during the day or during the night - if it was on that day.

Maybe. Or it could be as simple as, they're not addicted to FB like alot of people and it never crossed their mind to come online and create a Help find Karen page....until now that is! Who knows!

I may have missed it but what time did Borce report Karen missing? He has stated that she left their home on foot at 10:00am. How long did he wait to report her missing? Was it lunch time, later in the afternoon or that evening? Did he ring around to family, friends and staff in the hope of finding Karen, or only asked the neighbours about their CCTV footage? .

RSBM
That is the question, isn't it? And one that has not been addressed in the media at all. Which seems unusual.

Jen Ramsaran was last independently heard from at 8am, 'left to go shopping' a couple of hours later, and her hubby was chomping at the bit to report her missing by 5pm.

It s a fair assumption to make now that Karen is dead. Her money that she is reported to have taken with her would have well and truly run out by now, and nothing has been said about her accounts being used.

My stepdaughter and I are maintaining that the stepson has done it, ( the Stepdaughter) and me , that the husband has. I think her call is more inclined to be on the money than mine, mainly because the stepson, out of the blue , inserted himself into the investigation, a dead giveaway in my opinion. No one needed to know about his self reported phone call.. It's a classic move of the murderous idiot to try and 'be helpful' to the detectives, and he looks a bit off, too.

Maybe Acidtear can ask her friend if she knows when Borce was doing that...... it didnt say exactly when in the media, just simply that neighbours said he did at some point ......

Im doubting it would have been straight away .... probably a few hours later when he became concerned.....

Or it could have been the next day.....we dont know.....

I wish the reporters would have asked that question when they talked to the neighbours ....

I guess by Not asking questions like that .......questions that may give a more accurate account of the situation... .......well it keeps everyone guessing..... $$$..

They said she often goes for a walk to clear her head and think ..... but usually comes back after a few hours. Her daughter said something like we knew something was wrong because mum would never miss going into work.

It was a week or so before the media got a hold of it.

Sorry, I should have quoted Acidtear in my post. It says that Borce was door knocking about the time Karen went missing. Can you confirm this Acidtear? :)

She said it was definitely before the media had it but she said it was quite close to when she went missing as the VIC police hadn't posted about it yet. She doesn't remember the exact date [emoji20]

I don't think it can be assumed - she could be gone with someone's assistance or have cash stashed that she took, messy finances and running a business herself that has cash makes this more of a possibility than the usual missing woman. He says she went upstairs before she left, she could have easily grabbed something. The fact that he reports the fight as being about the shop's takings could significant, if the takings were suddenly down and he had noticed. The phone call about the allegations, the shop takings drop off, husband notices and gets insistent about it because finances are generally tight, and she realises she isn't able to get away with skimming cash any further and so kicks off then and there. It could be well over $5000 if she could take $500 a day since he called.

To me, the scales are at a minimum balanced between this theory and her being killed by a family member at present. Digital, financial and physical forensics could make me swing either way but we know nothing about that stuff.

Ok I've found out on the day she went missing, the tides of the Maribyong River were up at 9:12am and didn't go back down until 3:04pm
The night before, they were up from 8:45pm at 1.01m

Something is making police treat her disappearance as suspicious though. I don't believe police are just going through the motions and racking up big budget hours for all the intensive searching that is being done. Not if there was any believable indication that Karen had taken off (and left her daughter in great unknowing pain.)

Paraphrasing ...

Inspector Stephen Dennis, who is head of the Victorian missing persons squad, said it would be highly unusual for Karen to just vanish. He also said that while they 'like to find people alive', there were serious concerns for Karen's welfare. And that her disappearance was being treated as suspicious.

so according to "Where is Karen " page, her parents have both passed away, hence why we never heard from them. Looks like she has a brother here. Oh gosh dont tap onto his workplace, your facebook page will probably be hit with spam of that nature, seeing as FB likes to send you advertising pages based on your searches.

It seems a bit sexist to believe that a mother would not cause her daughter the pain of leaving vs a father would cause a daughter pain by murdering her mother. Men and women are not some breed apart, they can both do horrible things to their loved ones. The website is crawling with the stories of mothers who have done the wrong thing. And leaving because of some personal crisis is far less terrible than murder.

The police have evidence we don't know about, but I do believe even if there is no evidence of foul play, no forensic evidence of violence in the home, Borce's and AR's comings and goings, phone calls, internet searches check out, and they have soft evidence she has left such as money missing, or she has confided in someone she wants out, the police would be pursuing this when she has apparently dropped off the face of the earth. Because of people like Lorrin Whitehead and Liesl Smith they need to go out hard and fast else the questions will ever be asked if they could have done more.

Anyway, I continue to have my fingers crossed she surfaces in some out of the way place, or makes contact with someone.

At high tide, some of the river only has a level of 1m. You'd be a complete moron to throw a body into 1m of water. A handbag, yes. Also makes me question her committing suicide as had been speculated as you'd survive Raleigh bridge into 1m of water, surely...

There is no sexism going on here. What you suggest about Karen is possible, but statistically less common I would believe … according to instances of this in the media.
I also tend to follow the narrative of the police.
