I didn't follow closely, but IMO predominantly circumstantial.

The botanist finding the leaves on her were from her own back yard, to me was a major influence, however there was other forensic evidence.

Thanks..... just trying to get a picture of why vic police would be holding off on an arrest....

Seems...just maybe..there is more to this case than what appears to be obvious ... IMO.

How long have they owned the house? ...... they probably own it outright by now...

My family home was a few blocks away from theirs.... was bought in 1967.... and was paid off about 25 years ago...

Back then the land was considered the outta outta suburbs....

the ammunition factory didn't help make the area appear all that appealing.....

but with urban growth and changing times....

a bonanza....land/house prices in the area skyrocketed. .. people like the Ristevskis...even my own parents wouldn't have dreamt the goldmines they were to eventually be sitting in.

So would that be the same rational in this case that most are drawn to the belief that Borce has murdered Karen...

If im not wrong Blue laser was a limited liability company, it is separate entity from br and as such was protected, hence there was no need to transfer house to protect it.

Transfer is not considered a sale, there isn't a price associated with the transfer.

The same happens in a divorce, if one partner buys the other out.

Maybe there was a reason they arrested GBC sooner than they may have normally done.

POLICE secretly surrounded Gerard Baden-Clay’s home on the night before his arrest, fearing he could harm his young children.

Officers spent the night hidden around the Brookfield house and were under orders to storm the home if his three daughters were in danger.

The covert operation, which can be revealed ahead of his appeal this week, was arranged after police ramped up pressure on the western suburbs real estate agent with approaches to family members who had been his biggest supporters.

Concerned Baden-Clay would be unable to cope with the strain of the investigation, officers stationed around his home listened in to the events inside until he went to work the next morning.

You have made it clear that you do not believe Karen's murder was motivated by money, or arguments about money, or pressure about money. You do not believe they had financial problems. I get that. We just have different opinions, is all.

As I said I never really followed that case ..... but from the brief looks I did take...

He seemed like a complete weasel from the onset.... I remember him having some accident going to the shops or whatever and thinking at the time....what a load of hogwash...

It was obvious he was attempting to injure himself to explain away any injuries on his body and attribute them to that accident.

Same with that Sharpe bloke.... came across as a complete weasel too...

I can't put my finger on it.... but just not getting the same vibes from Borce..

But I have been known to be wrong..... and have had it pointed out to me....grrr

An accident... non premeditated.

Sad if that was the case.... if the reports of Vasko been seen at a site where evidence was collected....then subsequent witness report of Persons resembling Borce and Vasko near dump site....

Very sad .... accidential/no premediation. ... much lighter sentence ... than what will be handed down if prooven...obstruction of justice...interference with a corpse. .

One only knows what one would do in a state of panic/shock I suppose.
