An elusive bikie who for 26 years was thought to be the last person to see missing woman Lisa Govan alive has given extraordinary evidence at her coronial inquest, claiming he does not remember meeting her, partying with her, nor spending the night with her.

Andrew Edhouse, the biker named in the reports, illustrates the depths of the Kalgoorlie biker culture. Charged (but acquitted despite good evidence) of the murder of Marc Chabriere in 2001. He was also arrested for 2 attempted murders at the same time and in 2005 was again acquitted of various violent crimes. In 2018 his son, a neo-nazi leader of a branch of the Aryan Nations, was convicted of murder in Perth. I think we can conclude that the father had better lawyers (or had bought more police) in Kalgoorlie than his son had in Perth. Clearly Andrew Edhouse would not have thought twice about killing Lisa.
