It was an opportunity to consider both versions of events as to what happened to Lisa #gittany

2/2 this is important bc of defence claim Lisa may have climbed onto awning to escape to another apartment. #gittany

Judge opinion after visiting apartment 1503: "A person on the balcony would have no prospect of reaching someone anywhere near the awning."

But as she looked at the awning, it gave her the impression it was not safe to stand on. Gittany's claim is that Lisa climbed onto it & fell

He's not new. He gave evidence on day 1 of trial and then was excused to sit his yr 12 HSC exams. Poor kid

McCallum says inspection of park gave her 'clarity' and she believes the first eyewitness would have had a clear view. #gittany
