McCallum: if he (#Gittany) grabbed her in a haste of rage, he wouldn't have stopped to spare her handbag.

Judge isn't saying that's what happened, just that she rejects idea it's an "implausible" scenario #Gittany

"Perfectly plausible" if Gittany carried Lisa to the balcony, he wouldn't have stopped to remove her handbag. Bag was on Lisa when she fell

Judge says Josh Rathmell had "good opportunity to make the observations he described" and "clarity of view"'

Thank you Justice Lucy! The Defence tried to say that Josh's view was impeded by the trees in front of him. Not so. The tree in the pic below was bare of leaves when Josh was interviewed (heading into Spring) and would have been bare in July when Lisa was thrown from the balcony.

McCallum: Nothing implausible in the account that Lisa Harnam was rendered unconscious in the unit before being thrown. #gittany

#Gittany Judgement: I note the speed and the force with which Lisa Harnum was restrained and forced back to into the apartment.

'What the f--k,' #Gittany's partner Rachelle Louise mouths, as Justice McCallum accepts Lisa Harnum was unconscious as she fell.

Note here in Justice McCallum's statement that she has accepted that Lisa was thrown.

What delusions is that RL under. Sounds like a nice piece of work too, with that language in a court of law, even if it was mouthed.

Surprise, surprise ... you backed a loser RL.

(no matter what the verdict is!)

The Judge is describing the various ways Lisa might have fallen to her death. The awnings, velocity and manner possible. Each is terrifying

Justice McCallum meticulous in going through each scenario in which Lisa could have plummeted from balcony. Grim, but necessary in law

This is all very technical now as judge talks about possible versions of Lisa's fall .. And how that fits with witness versions. #gittany

We're now hearing very complicated evidence about body trajectory, and whether Lisa Harnum's body hit any awnings on the way down
