She is delivering an airtight verdict here.

The lack of inclusion of elements are ones which could potentially be avenues for appeal.

By rejecting them the accused has no grounds to say "her honour erred in the assumption that the removal of the hard drive was to obstruct justice"....

No nerves here. The word will be said soon, and in such a resounding way that we will NEVER hear his name again - every appeal against conviction is being pre-emptively quashed with this thorough ruling!
