A man has been arrested after a 'catastrophic' car crash in Australia that killed a 30-year-old woman and her 10-year-old daughter, and injured her three other children. Police said the man was in a relationship with the woman and is the father and stepfather of the children.
Police said the driver of the Nissan, a 28-year-old man, is the father and stepfather to the children in the other car.
