I was waiting for him to mention his wife's memory problems.

At least now there is a connection to Remakel and him placing the ad!

IMO it must have been the one he placed in 1994 otherwise we would have found another one.

I thought he always admitted he placed the ad (police statement and last inquest) , so far he hasn't flipped flopped on that one. (yet)

His lies are confusing me.

agree - I have always thought that the Switzerland fantasy story was actually a cover for their first meeting in 94, ie: in his head there were 2 points in his life he was associated with Marion, the first he turned from 94 to Switzerland in his twisted thinking

NOT that Marion responded to his ad

Yeah, that's not Parkinson's, that's all your lies and crimes catching up with you in a court room.

Parkinson's or Essential Tremor? Google diagnosis??

Yes he did but he claimed that nobody answered it.

Still trying to tarnish MB name by saying she was sleeping with gardener. I guess in RB world women aren’t allowed to have sex? He thinks so highly of women. o_O

A significant first hours.

marion responded to his ad, and he cannot say he didn’t introduce himself as Remakel.

not to mention it has been proven a lot this morning that he has lied on record of interview and in February’s hearing. This is good news. And to his wife. Proven liar IS good.

god I feel like he may actually crack.

also loved AC wording ‘illegally obtained licence in Belgium and in QLD’ which he agreed was true.

Now Parkinson’s does it cause confusion?

according to Cognitive Changes | Parkinson's Disease Symptoms
“Cognitive impairments from PD can include memory difficulties, slowed thinking, confusion, and/or dementia. Changes to cognition may appear as distractibility, disorganization, forgetfulness, or difficulty solving problems. Cognitive changes can occur even in the earliest stages of PD. Cognitive changes seem to worsen as PD progresses. Dementia is prevalent in approximately 30% of all people with PD, and 80% of people with PD will develop dementia in their disease progression.”

This is NOT good and could be a way out for him.

He really is.
He says anything derogatory toward anyone who isn't around to defend themselves.

Ilona Kinczel.
I also hope to god the police look into IK death after all this

No worries - I think my hands were typing faster than my head lol

Typing it as words spew forth from his mouth, so probs didn't make it all so clear

The fact he is admitting he placed an ad under the name Remakel and she responded to him is a very big deal. That's the connection that might be needed for an arrest IMO.
Good to see you back @Peralta. Agree that this is significant. AC calling early adjournment maybe leading to discussion with police to call for prosecution and maybe halt these proceedings do you think?

They wouldn't take his word for it.
He is obviously playing it up
There would be an independent party to assess him if need be down the track I should think
He is just a scheming creep
