Did anyone else hear AKA say about the tea chests… »it was what they used to deliver tea in ‘beek’? I thought maybe this was local shorthand for Etterbeek? So grabbing a story from the past again? AC either did not hear or at least did not ask him to clarify.
He did say in beek yes

He hurts my head.

How can he possibly think anyone could believe what he’s saying?

what person stores the boxes of an ex lover at his families home?

IMO he has something that he has not gotten rid of that can tie him to Marions possessions so he’s made up a story from some tea chests he saw in etterbeek one day and woven it into the rest of his magical fantastical fabrication.

the man infuriates me

That is what I'm thinking too.

Also another clue to his shady past in Etterbeek…what else gets « transported » in tea chests! I also think it’s worthwhile letting him meander through his fantasies and conflated tales as he lets clues slip.
IMO he didn’t just see some tea chests in ‘Beek’ but has past dealings with a ‘system’ that used tea chests…if you get what I mean?!

So true! In February I wanted the man to stop waffling on… today I want him to waffle the more he does the bigger the hole IMO

That's exactly what I've been thinking.
Something was found that belonged to Marion, otherwise why even admit to anything to do with her belongings.
Maybe he doesn't know yet what they have on him, apart from the ad.

Oh I think he would have to he was given the brief of evidence. I also think that’s why there’s a lot in his statement that he is now changing.. because he has to change it to fit into a story that works with what they have

Another VOLUME of brief has been submitted to the court...another VOLUME!!!! How much more have they got on him???
So interesting. What does this mean exactly?

I think it means the separate and ongoing investigation run by the suspected homicide squad has uncovered another volume's worth of evidence, and they have submitted it to the Coroner and team, so the Coroner can use it when making her finding.

I bet if it goes to trial the defence will say just because he's "a bit of a scallywag", that doesn't mean he's a murderer.

He'd be lucky to find a lawyer willing to represent him I'd say.

That is exactly my thought too @Eyespywithmylittleeye
Maybe the kids have disclosed something in the house that was stored....

Why’s it such a big thing that she (apparently) had other relationships at the time… yet it was an extra-marital affair for him anyway. What’s the difference?

According to RB only men can have affairs and lovers. Women cant. ;)

It's interesting how his English goes from broken and limited to fluent based on the question. He knows lots of difficult words and local sayings " other fish to fry" but in other occasions " how do you say?" pretending he doesn't know the English word for.

Also I agree, if he was diagnosed with Parkinson's he would of been waving that evidence around as soon as he sat down.
He was diagnosed from the same doctor as his wife, Dr Wikipedia.

I wonder how long he has had access to that volume? Hopefully, not long enough to formulate enough lies to cover his miserable hide.
