Smith is now showing a passenger card for Bernard Dupont.

RB was in prison in 1974 in France and returned to Australia that year but no-one could find his entry . Smith is suggesting he entered under the name BD.

Exactly! The wife & son

RB claims Bernard Dupont was the manager of BNP Paribas bank, Sydney branch, that he knew from using his services to transfer money (it's a French bank).

RB claims BD travelled with a wife and son.

RB claims he assumed his identity overseas but never in Australia.

Smith says that all the passenger cards say BD is an artist. RB says Aside from being a bank manager, BD also represented artists.

With all this passenger card stuff, Smith suggests that RB has a history of filling out other people's passenger cards and lying on them. Hahahaha. Yes!

I’m glad Smith is asking these questions that we all have asked here. Not sure why AC left some of these out when he first went over names used and entry/exit dates.

Interesting. On all other passenger cards there are similarities with the signature but this one doesnt have the same similarities - it’s completely different!

He lived in Bondi with DdH in 1977.

RB claims that the reason he has fantasies, lies and changes his name is because he is not right in the head. RB claims to have been assessed a long time ago by doctor James Quin regarding his mental state being affected after the horse accident, which was a life changing event. He was prescribed drugs by another doctor that he took for many years.

LOL, RB used a German word and Smith knew the translation o_O Go Smith!

Smith continues down the path that RB regularly knowingly lies on passenger cards...

Great work sleuths!

reason to travel on a passport that is not your legal name is you don't want the state to know you are travelling as it would effected your benefit, the one is so embarrassed about claiming, that he has to state photographer on his passengers card

Put money on it that DDH sister and family didn't even know they were "bludging the bennie" I beat he spun some story about living off old money or international business man.

He claims that in the past he has flown to NZ > USA > EU. I wonder what damage he did in NZ and USA.

RB needs a page finder to help hurry things along.

The letter to MC perfectly exhibits his narcissism and manipulation. He is a sociopath. I feel so awful that Marion may have been swept off her feet by someone like him due to similar false & poisonous words. “You’re a song in a man’s testicles” that is just disgusting language…

Yeah I am actually starting to agree with him that he is quite unwell - whether legitimately from (probably untreated) PTSD from the accident or childhood trauma. Or some kind of genetic mental health disorder. He really is showing some serious lack of empathy, compulsive lying and narcissistic tendencies. Not to mention some odd sexual deviance type behaviours. What do they even do with this? I feel like he needs a mental health examination to make some sense of his evidence.

It seems to me the entire purpose of this week’s proceedings is to officially establish Blum as a dishonest and unreliable witness.

Yeah I think there was a particular time yesterday that AC changed tact and today Smith has jumped on board - it’s all about just proving his general untrustworthiness and criminality.
