He is SO bl**dy ignorant! And arrogant!!!

"I've already told you......"

Something discussed yesterday, and briefly just now, was that your Australian passport is supposed to match you legal name in Australia.

Smith argued that RB had an Aus passport in one name while his Aus legal name was in another. Which is illegal. They are supposed to match.

He's talked to someone in the lunch break. He has come back with attitude and smugness!

Oh wow. Smith is insinuating that RB was so infatuated with MC, that he was trying to relive the past by fantasising and making himself FNR so Marion could be the substitute for MC.

And he has no reasonable response to this, just some shakey, breathless, stuttering BS about how that couldn’t be possible with the births/deaths/marriages thing in Luxembourg which he knows about because his daughter was born there… da da da da da…
NOT a response such as “No, I did not see her overseas!”

That scenario often ends with the woman being murdered unfortunately... :(

RB whole evidence has been a major diversion from finding out the truth about MB disappearance !! Oh I hope he’s pushed so hard into a corner he loses the strength to continue his lies and caves in. !!

how many times can one person miss a point lol... he's driving me nuts that he just doesn't get it ( or want to) and has the audacity to say you cant travel on a illegal passport lol said the man who has spent his life doing just that

is the reason for constantly jumping from differing years and events to catch him off guard and cause a slip? It is sometimes quite hard to follow

also, do we think there is evidence / a bombshell they are witholding from him/us? I keep thinking they are going to drop a bomb on him but they don't

Smith discussing Marion's resignation...

RB agrees that HE WENT TO TSS, once Marion resigned, to pick up her books and THOSE books were then placed into the tea chests that Marion left at his house.

As Marion's last day was 20 June and RB's flight was 17 June, the only available date would for RB to visit school would be 16 June.

13 April 1997 - Sunday
Marion wrote her original resignation letter with her last day scheduled for 14 July.

16 June 1997 - Monday
Marion changed her last day at TSS to the end of this week, the 20 June.
Smith suggests this was the date RB went to TSS with Marion to help her pick up the books that went into the tea chests stored at RB's house.

17 June 1997 - Tuesday
Richard Lloyd Westbury departs Aus to Japan.

20 June 1997 - Friday
Marion's last day at TSS.

22 June 1997 - Sunday
Marion departs Aus on a Korean Airlines flight to South Korea.

I do not believe for one moment that Marion applied from her own violation for an international drivers licence. He asked her to do that, for sure.
