I don’t know what leads to finding Marion but I think keys to unraveling RB crimes (based on his responses during inquest) are his “friends” in/near Lille, his AU accountant V.W., & Renov Pubs.

I personally think MB spent time in Byron Bay after returning to AU (b/c of bank transactions, investigators suggesting the family search in BB and because RB would have needed a car to get there—which he got). My guess is that is where her life ended. I also think that if she was murdered by RB, that he may have kept that completely secret (even if he had accomplices to the money fraud).

If DdH’s sister lived in BB, RB may have been familiar with the area and even known places where owners were out of town. Places he could house Marion temporarily.

A couple of things of interest. When I was sleuthing Oast Houses near Rye last year I was told by a family member of the now deceased owner of The Playden Oasts situated on the main road into Rye that Paul McCartney used to visit. Blum mentioned George Harrison when Alfriston was mentioned at the inquest today. I am almost certain the false Mr & Mrs Remakel stayed there in July 1997.

The name Vereker mentioned in the article you attached are the owners of Mottynsden Lodge Burwash where FdeH & DdeH & children lived for around 3 years in the UK

Yes they are @Lord Peter Flimsy that was why I included his name.

I think we all suspected this when he was being questioned about her hair at that time.

Another lie established and of course everyone knew he didn't meet her on her honeymoon.

I’m confused about this a bit. To me it sounded (from earlier testimony) that RB essentially “sold” Ballina coin (I guess it was re-established as Clarendon hills)…but my question is why wouldn’t someone just close the Ballina coin company and then open a separate company. What would be the purpose of transferring the company to someone else who is going to change the name? Is it about the saving the costs of opening a new company? Or is it a way to somehow retain remnants of Ballina Coin?

There is lots more to this and Clarendon Hills and the owners of those companies.
I suspect the police are well and truly onto all this.

yes very strange since he said DDH's sister told him about the podcast lol Did he ask how her husband was when he recently caught up with her, humm dead 5 years ...

I think it was his daughter who told him but he didn't want to throw her under the bus

It was the first time he actually ever made comment about them so I suspect they made it clear to him prior just what an A.H. he is.

I think it was him that knew about the podcast without anyone having to point him to it. AND I think he reads everything on here.

Maybe the daughter told his wife if she was unaware but he certainly wasn't.

Not quite. Counsel present themselves to the Coroner and courtroom along with Casselden, Smith and Burke, as did the woman and man representing RB in Feb. Remember they appeared on the screen too? As did DdH and the kids lawyer.

No-one presented themselves for RB this week or the end of Feb. When RB mentioned his 'counsel' once or twice this week, he may have been referring to his initial/previous lawyers.

I think we can totally rule out any affair with Marion in the 60's lol

it would have been less incriminating to leave this out of this story, but with him been the pathological liar he is he will lie when there is no need to or in the event the truth is less incriminating he will still make up a lie. There is no way the police, or is family will ever get him to tell the truth, its not possible for him too.. even a basic like who really is RB .. even his wife and children don't know.

Why did he invent this story of meeting her back then? To try and discredit her, by saying that she came up to him in Lucerne and asked him for sex?

That remark really struck me, and speaks to the kind of person he truly is, especially since he was responding to a question about whether he acknowledged the great harm he could have caused these women. "There are thousands and thousands on the internet every day" accompanied by a shrug just shows the contempt he holds for women. Why should anyone care about any one of them, when there are so many? They aren't people to him, they're fodder, to be exploited for gain and then thrown away when they're no longer useful to him.

That response also showed what a coward he is. He's never thought about the harm he causes, he doesn't want to think about it, he's never been forced to actually face it before. I loved the patient way AC kept asking him to respond to the question. It's quite possibly the only way of pointing out that he's lower than pond scum in a legal context.
