The question I keep asking myself is what is Renov Pubs for? Originally 3 names now reduced to one.. it is a ‘natural person’ which I gather is similar to being a sole trader. The fact there was a change from FDH to RB in April means he is still using it.. so for what purpose?
Is it for business? Is it for tax reasons?
How does it work when you receive an OS pension and an AU one? Do you pay tax in both countries? Is the pension from Belgium taxable here or is it tax free.. if you add whatever that pension is plus his pension here and scams he’s not destitute.
The OS pension does go straight into his account according to what he’s said.. so is that declared here and taxed here?
So many questions!
Does he need to maintain renov pubs in order to maintain citizenship?

Just prior to IK coming out - she changes her address to – 25 Baron Castro Etterbeek

Another thing I find interesting is her Entry form states Full Fare. Why? I would have thought she would have received assisted passage coming to a new Country, one that she wanted to move to "permanently, not knowing anyone and having no english".......
NO DOUBT in my mind they were here for business.

So happy you put the entire history of renov and the addresses.
IMO def something was going on with them both.. either business or citizenship. It never made sense with IK paying for fare nor leaving so quickly if she was choosing to immigrate permanently.
IMO he was here due to his crimes in Europe and what a great place Australia is if you’re wanting to hide/get residency - IK was his ticket to residency.

I can’t believe he’s still say he has no idea about Renov Pubs.. just another ‘coincidence’ lol.

I really hope this goes further so investigators will be able to access all info/name changes of natural person (paperwork lodged in Belgium ) about this ‘natural person company’ including any lodgements noted not registered for VAT but that has nothing to do with having to lodge yearly accounts

It would be eye opening to learn of what they were actually left as benificiaries in Wills, inheritances,family Trusts, farms, houses and property, Jewelry, books antiques. Paintings, coins, Shares, and cash. etc etc

Possible Family Trusts or money trails through bogus names or family members. He is an expert with aliases and dodging the taxman/centrelink no doubt. Did he let centrelink and banks know everytime he changed his name?
