Thanks for explaining all this Peralta I honestly didn’t know. Guess I got carried away with the inquest being live/so transparent.
They've posted his photo in their Facebook group...so what's the actual stance on that because I'm confused?

I think this comment was made prior to the Facebook page sharing the photo, You would assume they have police approval to do so since they are the last people who would want to jeopardise the case, they have also worded the statement careful around why police want information on the man in the photo.

You can be charged by the courts for doing this without approval - at least in NZ you can, assume the same for Aus.

With that in mind, I’ve always suspected he frequented FR’s bookstore, learned of his separation from his wife MC, and targeted MC directly. FR may not even have memory of meeting RB—but I suspect he did.
I think you may be correct! At least about how he met FNR.

I think your sleuthing on this has opened the book on WHY it is he swindles women.
It isn't so much the deeds of any house BUT what he can sell from them to get money ( when they are out of the country) and steal their cashflow he has access to, to fund his gambling and their lifestyle.

This place is a 2 minute walk to Knokke Casino!

Then we have:

1990 - Built a house at Goonellabah and stayed 18 mths - Hello Lismore Workes Club

sell the new home and move to Tasmania
1992 Midway Point Tasmania ~ the Top of the World Swim mets for the DeH kids - half hour walk to Wrest Point Casino
and a half hr drive from their home at Midway Point.
No way in the world they moved to Tasmania for a sick Uncle. There was NO uncle living in Tasmania. He hasn't given a thought to any family in his life!!!

1985 / 1986 - Rangers Rd Cremorne OR her address 31 Slade St, Naremburn - a 10 min drive to Monkey Bar Chatswood

Making sense now as to why they moved every year! And all the BS they told about living with her sister in 2000 in Cessnock ( her sister was in Byron by then) but they were handy to the Cessnock Leagues Club!

2000s - Their move to Caringbah to help daughter  ~ Tradies Caringbah RSL

2006 - Their move to Melb for son at Uni  He graduated January 2006 ~ Melbourne Crown Casino

Sydney moves ~ Take your pick ~ a Casino in every port.

Moving and changing names because of the money laundering at various casinos.

So they rip off the Australian Government by claiming a disability pension and a carers pension, swindle innocent women out of their hard earned money and then gamble what they collect to fund their OS lifestyle - using the casinos to launder the stolen cash.

Pretty package if you have been a criminal all your life and can talk BS to anyone who will listen.

My bet is EVERYTHING they own has been because of the hard earned money from innocent women living in this country, that they have robbed.

I dont believe for an instant DdeH was an innocent party or turned her back on his dealings when she was willing to pack up houses with two school kids over and over again throughout their upbringing to move close to his laundering 'business' near casinos or race courses and NOT know how they could afford it on two pensions. Hello!

Well done Kiwi! You have nailed his years of WHY's by finding this place!
this makes so much sense! If correct, there will be dozens of casino employees who recognise one or both of them. I’m sure frequent players are familiar faces to them. It struck me from GGB’s testimony that RB had somewhere to be during the days as she said he came and went a lot. Maybe he was sitting at home with his wife, but maybe he was actually at the pokies.

at the casino is my guess!

He is VERY well read. It's part of his makeup, the ability to talk BS with stitching up stories that weave a blanket for his lifelong tale.

There is a 10 yr difference between Maria C husband DD and this DD - it would not be unusual to have had another family member also name their child DD - maybe both DD's had the same grandparentage.

Yes, I recall how at the inquest RB made statements along the line of ‘I am not right in the head, maybe because of all the books I read’ (I paraphrase).

Maybe this is him pre-emptively building a mental health plea or maybe he does slightly acknowledge there’s something profoundly awry and wonders what the cause is.

IMO, The books he would have been reading of late would be "How to fake cognitive decline" and "How to get away with murder".
He is a psychopath, lacking in empathy and remorse. He sought to confuse his evidence to such an extent that it would take LE years to untangle it enough to proceed with a prosecution.
Psychopaths believe they are smarter than everyone, even their own lawyer.
It's possible that he does suffer with anxiety, and is it any wonder, when he has been over 30 different people at different times in his life.
He will try every trick in the book to save his sorry, pathetic hide.

Indeed. It must be exhausting being him. It’s a miracle he’s made it to ripe old age at all (most criminals die prematurely for various and multiple reasons). To my mind, his longevity is a testimony to the fact he’s not ever really struggled for money despite his reckless high risk behaviour, that he’s eaten well, and been well looked after by his wife.

Even if he is convicted, IMO, no real justice can ever really be served in terms of how old he is now and the fact he’d be a low risk prisoner with zero flight risk and also medical needs - he‘d even probably be glad of a cushy prison in order to evade the guilt and shame of remaining in his family unit and community.

Guilt and shame?....he is incapable of either!

Building his plea. He is a liar, a well versed BS artist. He would say anything to plead his case and drop a few 'medical episodes' to lay the foundation of a plea deal.
Just like he did when he pulled that Wiki printout of the 'condition' DdeH was suppose to have - that way anything he refuted DdeH said to AC, he could pull the 'condition' card.

You can not believe a thing that comes out of his mouth. He planted excrement all his life and grew into a weed that wont go away!

He has never had a guilty bone in his pathetic body!
Wouldnt even know the meaning of word!

IF he did, he wouldn't have been having a sexual relationship with his beloved Monique while his wife was carrying their 2nd kid!!!!!

The really sad thing is, unless this creature fesses up, and I seriously doubt he will, the most important question for Sal will remain unanswered. Where is Marion?

Appalling, but probably true.
