I don’t remember now, but did any of the witnesses give testimony that made you think of Marion was “airy fairy”? (Please don’t count any of the ramblings by Ric-y Boy)

Detailed memory… not sure. The only detail is the flower species, lol.
And seriously? Who would remember something like the flower only? Never been, but my understanding of Byron is it's somewhat of a hippy place, so it's not something that would really be that memorable? Pretty much everybody would be a bit "out there". Edited to fix my typos ;)

None of this testimony makes a lick of sense to me.

How can you remember the colour of a hibiscus but not the colour of the woman’s hair after 20 years? weird as

Hmmm, maybe not Marion...

How can you remember having detailed conversations, but not remember who you had those conversations with?

The Marion she saw had brown eyes and was tanned.

I wonder if we asked Sally if Marion could tan, what she would say. Her skin tone looks pretty adverse to sun to me.

I hate that she keeps repeating "it didnt really interest me" ....You have to feel for Sally sat listening to this woman keep saying this.

She is almost as bad a witness as Mr Bloooom . Why have her there if she can't remember anything.

Diane DH may have been relatively tanned with dark eyes…

I think the fact she is giving evidence soley based on the photo of Marion, I am guessing if the whole transaction did take place, it was Marion. IMO

She wouldn’t be tanned after a trip to the UK! Probably more paler than she’d ever been in her life.

Adjourned til the 27th October.

No idea if that will be live streamed, or what it's about.

Verdict 30th November.

And May present as a bit of a ‘flip’ too… there was a difference about her, airy fairy indeed… although I couldn’t tell if it was victimisation in light of who her husband is/was or something else.

I just don’t know what to believe about that testimony. I’m leaning towards “she sort of recognized Marion and then backfilled memories to bolster her testimony”. I do know I disliked Joan and that could be coloring my thoughts.

I agree with you, but I think it’s possible to remember circumstances and not visuals. The power of suggestion could have led her to connect the photo of Marion with the unusual circumstances buried in her memory. It’s then possible that she has confabulated a series of disconnected events into one narrative that fits the idea of Marion.
