It looks as if David, his son, has changed his surname and Maite has married so her surname has changed.

That’s both of their middle names. They may be using them as last names perhaps, although David’s wife was going under the DH name until recently on social media.

I just had a thought… maybe it was an application to close the court to hear DdH evidence so that RB doesn’t hear what she has to say (considering he’s there?) as he’s pretty good evidently at hearing other people’s’ evidence and weaving his story to oppose or explain theirs to be innocent rather than put him in it?

If they didn't want RB to hear Diane's evidence, you would think he would not have arrived yet or does he have to wait in another room in the meantime?

RB's lawyer didn't present himself with the other's today so I assume this is just a day for Dianne and kids. Maybe RB's just there to observe. Wow. I hope it won't intimidate his family too much. My hunch is RB will speak tomorrow.
