If it's morning tea, it's possible they will be back in 9 minutes.

Whether it's back to a closed session is another story.

Ok, so this is pure speculating and wondering what it would be like... if you had a partner or parent that was providing well for the family but you eventually realised the business was dodgy. What would you do? Everything you had in your life was at the expense of it being taken form others. Your house, clothes, food, education, opportunities. That must be hard to deal with. Also knowing that he was sleeping with other women just to take every penny from them, then come home and pretend to be a regular husband and dad.

And then have to come face to face with a daughter who lost everything so your dad could give it to you.

He's got great hair for his age. I'll give him that.

Yes that's what I thought - not just a local Ballina solicitor.

To be honest, I still don't fully believe he is the original Willy Wouters. It might be another story he concocted. He looked pretty young in his photo when he arrived in Australia compared to his supposed age. He might be way younger than he claims o_O Or maybe not giving AF makes you age less? Oh the mysteries...

I’m curious as to why the adult children require a lawyer.. were they ever mentioned as requiring to attend? Anyone have any thoughts? Or is it just simply wise to do so?
Having never had a parent with 35 names I’m unsure of protocol :D

They'll likely stay in closed session til 1pm and then court will be adjourned for lunch.

If your father were a convicted conman being questioned about a woman who has disappeared, wouldn't you employ a lawyer to protect your reputation? haha I would, and if I had the money, would definitely employ someone reputable

If anyone is found guilty, I wonder what restitution could be made financially as basically this is a case of fraud - using other people's money to fund your lifestyle?

The first thing i thought of when sighting him even at a distance is how much he looked like his siblings ....hair , frame , shape of face and head...IMO
European people tend to look younger when they are younger and he looks his age now considering he may have had previous issues with shins or operations since .

Reputation yes I would.. and yep if I could afford it it would be the best.. but if these things occurred when I was a teenager.. maybe not. You’re not responsible as a minor for the actions of your parents.
