If they argued, it might have been manslaughter.

Quite possibly or (should it ever catch up with RB) to make it appear this way …. Maybe RB had to much to loose and having MB permanently gone was easier for him.. sad to say this

At the moment, I’m kind of leaning towards it being unplanned in the sense that the grand plan was for RB to vanish once he had the money. A conman might escalate to murder if he feared exposure - real exposure as in Marion found out his “real” identity and threatened to go to the police. This might have led him to murder if he thought he had a lot to lose. Perhaps he and Marion were together for awhile, and the relationship might have taken a turn toward domestic violence, like GGB where he took the photos of her and used them for blackmail (image-based abuse). He may have killed her in a rage. I do kind of favour the threat of exposure motive though.

I think it could have been both. Fear of exposure led to violence and then....

Wh
I cannot wait for tomorrows court appearance- hopefully it will be an open court all day.
So many questions unanswered!
If you had the chance ....what 1 question would you ask?

Why are you such a git or possibly who are you planning to be next week?

A question I would like Casselden to ask Diane to unnerve her, "There is evidence that your husband took nude photos of a woman to blackmail her, what is your attitude to this?"

In the instance if RB made money from the proceeds of his crimes, DDH has benefited directly from that. DDH is obviously not a victim.

[QUOTE="LouLouSleuth, post: 17437616, member: 302040", this guy seems like an international mastermind to me given the resources at the time! And also a total *******[/QUOTE]

It would have been relatively easy in those European countries back then to get forged documentation. He wasnt smart, but cunning, and time was on his side being born in that era.

Yes, so why bring her name up in court today? Asking DdH about her. Maybe there’s a connection after all.

How I understand it is that Monique Cornelius was RB's first wife when they were both in their 2os. Monique married the real Fernand Remakel in 1972.

I say this because last week Casselden said that RB had had two wives before Diane. IMO

So RB and the real FR were both married to Monique at different times?

IMO RB probably has all his money still in those security envelopes he has stored at the CBA over the years. So he has probably been claiming the pension since his 60s and now also gets a free Legal Aid Solicitor.

As I understand it yes and years on RB went on to create the real FR as an alias.
