yes but if they can’t get him, everything else is circumstantial so far and we are no closer to finding out what may have happened.
I tend to disagree, respectfully. I think we are much closer, depending on what you mean by closer to knowing, of course. In addition, there is plenty of factual evidence v circumstantial evidence. He has now been found to be lying about his whereabouts / comings and goings, and cannot provide a reasonable explanation as to why he changed his name multiple times. He admitted he knew Marion.

In saying this, I don't know that we will ever know Marion's fate. I am very interested to see him be questioned about this, specifically.

C: are you aware… that there is evidence to suggest that in mid October 1997, MB was located safe and well?
RB: Well the police told me that when she came back she stayed in a motel in Brisbane for the week.

is this new info? About the motel?
Yes, this also threw me.

Is it possible that when RB keeps saying saying so adamantly that he didn't commit fraud in Australia that he flew abroad on each of those passports with new names and committed fraud each time overseas????

Hence the reason he kept needing to change his name???? When he returned to Australia??

He did actually admit to fraud in Europe this morning on the stand......

If he has committed a crime like that, it would pay for him to admit it in a Coroners Court as then he would have to be offered a Section 61 - Privilege in respect of self-incrimination

IMO
Yes I was amazed he did say that more than once.. not in Australia everything I have done in Australia is legal.

Aside from the fraud I suppose the name changes early on would also save him from any child support payments. (3 children and counting)
Now we know he is named on Ilona daughter birth certificate. She probably knew his name but unable to find him? Still curious about the son.
How did he know she died in a "car crash" did someone try to contact him about his daughter or is he also MJR?

On the craniosynostosis thing - from Google it is very uncommon that the condition is not picked up or addressed in childhood... it would in fact be uncommon to perform surgery on an adult, if RB is telling the truth. How bloody convenient if so, and if it did affect D's memory. I did notice she had quite a bald spot on her head, perhaps from surgery?

IMO there is obviously some cognitive issues with D

I do not believe it was claimed the operation and survival was as an adult ....so it well may be a fact that can be proven it happened in childhood ....

I dont quite get how everything he states can be considered a lie IMO

Yes I picked up on this too, and wondered the same thing

Narcissist mysoganistics think they are smarter than lawyers so they don't really like to use them. Typically NPD they study law to try outsmart everyone. Australian Authorities are too soft on him and always have been. He outsmarted, immigration, Centrelink, romantic partners, police and everyone else!. He probably thinks it's a walk on the park. Never being arrested in Australia must inflate his EGO. Hey, Freddo Frog House of card gonna fall! all by powerful women, Go Sally, Go Kim ! Go all those women who are going to bring him to justice. " NUT CRACKER" has a whole new meaning for me.

Back in those days Mt Tamborine would have been an ideal place to conceal a body ..... It was much more remote than nowdays.....
IMO
