Ten-fifteen years would be about how long it was until his daughter could get him reduced airfare, right? I love coinkidinks!

  • #807
So he dropped his Ferdinand ID and changed his preferred airline after Marion disappeared?

He was attacked

How many times has he been attacked exactly?

He seems to get very quiet and develop a lump in his throat anytime mid-1997 and Marion come up. I detect some deep and genuine anxiety on his part. I think it's possible he has some vivid and violent memories he's trying to suppress. IMO

Sorry, my children couldn't go on holiday with me during their school holidays because they were too busy going to carnivals.

What’s the Korea connection?
Marion departed Australia:
• 22 June 1997 at 9.38pm
• on a Korean Airlines flight to South Korea.

A letter she wrote Sally is on stationary from a hotel in Narita (Japan) but sent from London. We assume she got off in Seoul, flew a different airline to Narita, spent at least one night in a hotel, and then flew from Narita to Heathrow Airport.

Suddenly she switches from “Maria” to “my mother” when he’s seeking sympathy.
