IMO both Diane and RB have decided to deny they saw police in June as RB told mistruths then. He then corrected some of them in September/October. I don't think it is confusion at all.

So RB says he hasn’t been back for roughly the last 10 ish years (?) with no explanation really for why his very frequent trips back suddenly stopped? But this coincides with the letter written by Mrs A F in 2010 which is restricted. They also queried one of RB family members names being Andree too? I wonder if there’s a Mrs A F somewhere in his family and the letter and coincidental ceasation of travel are all to do with family over there finding out he swindled thousands if not millions from his family members / false inheritance?

I can’t find any record of the husband to Andrée, if we’ve found the right one. Her funeral notice said her husbands name was Emile Flamme. It doesn’t look like they had any children, he may have been young when he passed.

There may be a different one. I entered the name into FB and found a profile of someone French I think with a profile picture having been updated in 2020.

There’s a Gaetan Flamme in that same family line of A.F, also living in Liévin. That stood out to me because that’s what his sons name was. But it may mean nothing. The name seems unusual to me but it could be very common over there.

I have a different take on why he states that his family gives him money. He says that because he has to have an explanation for how he was able to afford all the flights, etc he took over the years on an invalid pension and the money he got from theft and impersonation, etc. overseas. I don't think, for one minute, he had a close relationship with his family once they found out that he was a criminal. It is highly likely that police over the years had come looking for him there so they found out. I predict that his brother/cousin, Desire, who is still living in Brussels, has been questioned by Belgian police. RB admitted he hasn't seen him for 30 years but it has probably been much longer. Was his mother/auntie who was an amputee wealthy enough to give RB money?

I must say, my favourite part today was when Casselden read the Le Courrier rencontre, line by line, getting RB to agree he was NONE of the things he portrayed himself to be. Especially the bit about being 'very morally aligned' where even RB agreed that he obviously wasn't.

This what I am very angry about. They have both been pensioners since 1986! Any assets they have should be paid back but where are these assets and cash? Stop their pensions immediately, I say.

I felt like they spent a lot of time discussing the JAL flights today. Did they say how they knew about the discounted flights? Do you think they know who this staff member is and why he gave RB Willy Wonka the discount for so long?
Now I feel I’m leaning more towards a drug smuggling vibe.

I looked up Centrelink disability pension. He would be getting approx $1,000 a fortnight. She would also be getting $1,000 a fortnight. And add to that, claiming rent assistance of approximately $ 200 + a fortnight. + + other concessions. These two are getting approximately $ 2,200 a fortnight from the Australian tax payers. Unbelievable.

Yes I saw that also but couldn't make a connection to Andree Flamme. That was the name of his son though!
