To me he bought one way tickets so he could leave them there and then get back to Australia and take possession of their valuables. He was shocked to see JO back in Australia so soon.

But RB wanted more than their valuables.

Not as much as it should IMO. We do have a Federal election coming up next month which takes up a lot of air time. The TV station associated with the podcast is airing stories every day, but I’m not sure about the others. A variety of paper and online news sources have been reporting sporadically. I think it appeals to lots of the True Crime community here which covers a myriad of ages, but in my experience mostly women in their 30s-50s.

I'd like to see it on the ABC news. That's where most older people watch TV here.

A horse hoof hit him in the head.

That's why he may be slow answering etc.

Well at least he shaved for the inquest.

I nursed a dementia patient who had been trampled by a horse and hit by a train who had a better memory than this fool.

And he buys himself a round trip ticket?!? While buying the women one-way tickets? To leave them stranded? To kill them off?

Or because MB and JO had family connections in the UK so thought he could abandon them there?

Yes gives him more time to organise his dealings of their estates back in Australia...

Why would she need to get back to Australia unless she talked to him and knew she needed to make her own way back to Australia?

Hey Aussie people, question for you, how much media attention is this case getting? And is it the kind that draws the “older” crowd? (Like here in my city we have one station that it seems like everyone over the age of 60 watches for their morning news?)

Because the longer I think about it the more troubling it becomes that we only have a handful of victims vs the timeframe.

I don't think there is much media attention at all. I've asked so many people in the last two weeks if they have heard of his case and I've not had one positive response. ( people of different genders/age)

If it went to court. Would Casseldon be the prosecutor. It would make sense to me. As he knows it inside and out more than anyone
No it would be somebody from the NSW Department of Prosecutions.

Oh snap! If you left her in the UK because you wanted nothing to do with her, why show up at her house in Aus just days later?

The walls are closing in at every angle.

There’s a special place in hell for a man who tries to rob someone of their entire life savings/home five days before Christmas.

I wonder if they’re doing any cross-referencing of flights/locations he’s gone and missing persons a few days either way, since he’s so freakin sneaky on the flights.
