I’d like to discuss the withdrawals from MB’s bank accounts. In 1994 when I had my drivers licence renewed I had long blonde permed hair and was 60 kgs (as were the 90’s) I married in 95, fell pregnant - Had my first child in 1996. During pregnancy I gained 18 kgs, had my hair cut into a straight bob style with with brown tips. After bubs was born we bought a bigger family car. I looked absolutely nothing like my 94’ 60kg perm chick in my licence photo. I also had no trouble at all using my DL, medicare card and a utility bill to withdraw over 10k to purchase a new car. I just laughed when the teller checked my DL compared to my new look saying ‘that’s what having kids does to you’ - So from my perspective, you definitely do not need to look identical to your DL photo to withdraw money. You just require varying forms of identification which we would all agree was likely available IF someone was posing as MB.
I always found the final withdrawal of 80k at a different bank to be highly unusual. Like ‘whoever’ didn’t want to return to the BB bank for the final withdrawal.
Secondly I’d like to mention MB’s wallet being stolen - am I correct that it was in 1994?
1994 was the year of the Le Corriere (sp?) ad. Is it possible MB replied to that ad, had a brief fling with FNR that didn’t go anywhere at that stage (they always say a conman will stick to the truth as close as possible - re: the 1968 Lucerne storyline of a brief fling) MB had just moved to the GC and was settling into her new role at TSS. She would be less likely to allow anyone to get her hooks into her. Is it possible that in 1994 that RB floated the idea of romance, marriage and a life abroad that MB rejected (around the time her wallet was stolen by a woman who supposedly looked like her) Could this be where it really all began? Said person already has her identification from 1994. Could the wheels have started turning then, unbeknownst to MB.
Fast forward to 1997 (by RB’s timeline he returned to Australia from Belgium in Octoberish 96) in late 96 MB received her teacher of the year award which was in the GC Bulletin. Re-enter RB after seeing MB in the newspaper. Things have reached a turning point for MB at TSS - Her relationship with GE is over - She’s vulnerable. A prime candidate to rekindle her relationship with FNR. The idea of romance, marriage and a life abroad is exactly what she wants.
Thirdly - has it ever been ascertained why the ad in Le Curriere (sp?) he was listed as MF Remakel not FNR? Was it a newspaper error - or was he going by MFR in 1994.
All speculative musings by me. Thoughts? (Sorry if all this has been mentioned - I haven’t trawled through everything on this site as yet)

The 1994 advert was from a M (Monsieur) FR = AKA
The advert was placed over school holiday time and she wouldnt have seen the advert being in QLD, as per MB FB Page information
It has been mentioned on MBFB page MB met him in Feb 1997 - they must have evidence of such.
This "conman" doesnt know the meaning of Truth.
The Switz meetup he raved on about was all BS.

Re the wallet stolen - SL has said her cc was cancelled and other cards eg Medicare replaced.
To collect money from the bank in 1997 a person would only need her original licence and her renewed 1996 passport that she got, prior to her 1997 NEW passport. The only 2 things with her photo on them.
If she walked into the bank with ONLY her new identity as FR, she would need to produce her declaration of name change.
As we know from previous victims he collects their documents prior to any movement on their part.
IMO he had MB old ID documents when he helped her pack.
He doesnt DO a thing for anyone.
Unless he gets some benefit from it.
He wasnt there packing as a helpful friend, but as the vulture he is.
