The B's had employed a solicitor by the name of Niebling to register the company before the elderly Mrs Benhayon became the director of the new sports company.
Niebling has sat on the board of several companies with M. Featherstone. M. Feathestone is the director of Phoenix Global- utilized recently by Universal Medicine to remove search results from Google and undertake ‘investigative work”- and who was recently arrested for fraud related offences.
MF was a Nth QLD cop and then Gold Coast Detective based in that region at the time and prior to MB going overseas
There are dozens of media reports about MF and his wife and son who was also a TSS student and a competition swimmer like someone else kids we know ( not at MB time)
but MF
was connected to TSS at the time MB was there and had the means and ability to perhaps give "advice" to hierarchy at the TSS school. It is a possibility in my theory and I believe AH knew MF. JMO

The companies, which advertise horse-racing betting software and other investments, are alleged to have defrauded hundreds of people across Australia in scams worth millions of dollars.
Officers from the Queensland police anti-bikie taskforce Maxima found suspected links to Mr Featherstone,
a former fraud squad detective and one-time head of Surfers Paradise CIB, while investigating fraud allegations against members of the Black Uhlans and Bandidos outlaw motorcycle clubs
Fraud allegations involving three companies:
UK Home Based Business (UKHBB),
Lay Trading Solutions - company involved in finance and
insurance, specifically related to credit intermediation
Pegasus Trader
However an investigation has uncovered evidence of the involvement of Mr Featherstone and Phoenix Global, not only with two of these companies but a range of alleged Gold Coast scams dating back almost 10 years.
They are linked to the Gold Coast private investigator MF in various ways - through his involvement in recruiting and managing patsy directors on behalf of others, by his own direct role as a director or shareholder, or by his providing advice on how to set up, run and protect such operations.
Correspondence obtained shows Phoenix Global recruited and gave day-to-day instructions to the directors of UKHBB and Pegasus Trader to carry out banking and other administrative jobs.
