Maybe I’m slow but I couldn’t figure why the word Nitram.

The filmmakers did not utter his name so Nitram is Martin spelled backward.
OhKay.

It's ironic isn't it.
That is saying his name. They're just giving him a new nickname.
It's like calling Voldemort 'he who must not be named'.
It gives his name a new mystique and aura. Which is the opposite of the point of avoiding naming spree killers.
