The top of who's mind?
It's all very well for "others" to threaten legal action, but I have no faith in people putting this puzzle together correctly, so lets just blame the obvious!!.
I thought I was following you, but you're right, I'm lost.

Yes, why hasn't AK found a job yet? Well, there are several possibilities, aren't there? For one, maybe he hasn't even tried. And for two, perhaps now that he has become accustomed to the finer things in life, any job that he is actually capable of doing, he now thinks is beneath him. And thirdly, while he is being looked after in that mansion, he doesn't see the need. It is past time that he was turfed out into the real world, and made to man up.

I do think it’s really unethical for AK to still be in that house, especially if he is living off the estate. What sort of person is he? Is he pretending that he doesn’t understand the circumstances under which he is living there?
To be fair, Sydney has been in a fairly harsh lockdown since start of July so there have been few employment opportunities. However the city is starting to reopen so hopefully opportunities will open up.

The adage, 'possession is nine-tenths of the law', is reflected in the modern expression of title by possession in the Limitation of Actions legislation. Under such legislation, the claim of a person may be barred after a designated period, generally between 12 and 15 years.

I don’t know if this is relevant but interesting never the less.

I'm interested in when the brother gave her 2 million. Was it cash, cheque or some other form of payment? Where is it now? Is it off shore? So many questions.

A victim of serial conwoman Melissa Caddick has slammed her 'penniless' husband for accepting money for a television interview - saying he is only motivated by money.

The former friend of the couple, who lost tens of thousands in Caddick's bogus investment business, told Daily Mail Australia that just like his wife, Mr Koletti is largely motivated by money.

'I know them very well and they're the same,' the man, who did not want to be identified, revealed.

'He would have done it (the television interview) to get the money.'

I wonder if there's any way the insurance payout could be confiscated in favour of the investors.

What’s this guy up to? What’s he trying to prove?
Is this his new money spinner? Proving his lovey-dovey?

drumming up interest in the expose?

wonder is 50k a lot or a little for these types of interviews?

don’t imagine it will get him that far if he looses Dover heights and is on the streets of Sydney

Furious victim of Melissa Caddick's $30million rip-off slams conwoman's husband for pocketing a rumoured $50,000 for bombshell TV interview - saying he's motivated by greed not the 'truth' about his wife's death

I actually thought that AK would have been able to negotiate about $150,000 for this bombshell interview. Maybe MC's brother received $50,000 as well.

I agree that AK is definitely motivated by money even in his relationship with MC who flew him all over the world. He was only a part-time hairdresser and never made any profit from his other business concerns.

IMO AK would definitely not want the truth told about his wife's death in case he is implicated in some way. I can imagine how angry MC's brother must be if he gave her $2m and will not get it back. I wonder who they suspect murdered MC? I hope they have told LE about this person/s.

I would have thought that they would have concluded that she suicided but perhaps not because of the insurance money.

"The victim also claimed Mr Koletti - who told a court in December he had just $1.95 left in his bank account - was keen to get his hands on Caddick's $120-a-month life insurance policy, which she took out prior to her disappearance. "

If AK was not morally corrupt, he would give any money he received to the victims and voluntarily move out of the house. He can't claim ignorance now.
