Not only the lyrics, there are a few interesting (and a few strange) things in that article. I don't think AK has the slightest understanding of what the investors have been going through, how they have been affected, it seems to be all about him, him, him ... and Melissa.

This song has some interesting lyrics. Especially around the order of events that AK chooses to reaffirm. All are media excerpts.
Then at 2:24 it has a Strange David Attenborough voice over saying -
"Yes we have found a wild Melissa, they seem to like diving into the snow. Its quite amazing yes. Quite extraordinary to see this time of year. Its called the diving Melissa snow woman."
Quite odd. Wild, Diving, on ice?

It appears to me that AK is implying that MC only did the trading and that the “MC”s employees” did the admin!
Also, he reality that after nearly 15 months of living free in the house he has realised that it is coming to an end and he is whinging about becoming homeless....I can’t believe that in nearly 15 months AK hasn’t done anything to prepare for his future that he knew was coming!
MC stole the funds for the properties ...this fact has been reaffirmed by the Court .....and now it is time for the properties to be sold so the investors get something back.
AK ...like all the other people (Investors) whose lives were impacted by MC ...needs to just get on with his life..bearing in mind that he had many years of the good life at the expense of the investors!

Recent sales in the area over the last 8 weeks …

Residential Sales Search | Allhomes

Wondering what the house will fetch. With the recent sales above, some are below what was originally paid for Wallangra for a 5 bedroom. Wondering if anyone would even want to live there.

I feel so sorry for her son, not so sorry for her widower!

I don't think AK is dangerous.

ASIC is being ridiculous with this order IMO.

AK needs mental healthcare.
And more social support. He seems quite isolated IMO.

Fraudster Melissa Caddick's husband reveals the intimate detail about her foot which made him immediately ask 'which one?' when detectives told him it had washed up on a beach - as he insists she would NEVER take her own life
Melissa Caddick's husband reveals wife had tattoo on foot that wasn't found at Bournda Beach | Daily Mail Online

“Mr K has denied his wife stole the money and insisted that she did not spend a cent on him - leaving him confused as to why he must sell everything.

'I personally have not spent a cent of investors' money and that cannot be shown,' he said. 'So why is it my fault? Why am I losing everything? “

It seems like he can’t (or doesn’t want to) try and understand what has happened and how they were all able to live the lives they led and all that came with that. Oh dear! He has had quite a long time now to come to terms with this.

Didn't he have a job as a hairdresser at some point?

What happens to his contributions to the family income and home and lifestyle? What about his superannuation and personal bank accounts and possessions that he had before the marriage?

According to the Receivers documents The Dover Heights property was totally funded with investor funds... the documents did not identify ANY contribution to the household by AK.
And now AK wants the house and car that he did not contribute to .... what a slap in the face that is to the investors whose investments were used to fund MC and AK’s lifestyles.
AK needs to get a job and become self sufficient.... his life of living off others is coming to an end!

Just a reminder .....

"Anthony Koletti, 39, was paid a rumoured $50,000 for the tell-all special on Channel Seven's Spotlight program ...... "

"The victim also claimed Mr Koletti - who told a court in December he had just $1.95 left in his bank account - was keen to get his hands on Caddick's $120-a-month life insurance policy, which she took out prior to her disappearance."

If she was paying $120 a month, Melissa must have had life insurance worth at least ½ a million dollars. imo

How Much Does Life Insurance Cost in Australia? | Canstar

Yes, life insurance usually does cover suicide but generally only after a 13-month exclusion period. This means you must hold cover for a minimum of 13-months before death by suicide will be covered, or for 13-months for the increased portion of any cover.

So will AK be entitled to receive any life insurance payout? But was probably paid for by investors.

After eight years, their Dover Heights house might even sell at a loss. MC obviously paid too much for it in 2104. Not a good investment.

Considering everything this woman touched seemed dishonest, it would be interesting to know who benefited from her overpaying on this purchase. Could be some sort of payoff? Or another scam? There was a scam on banks run at one stage where person 'a' overpays person 'b' for a property which is 100% funded. Then person 'a' declares bankruptcy and don't pay a cent of the money back. Meanwhile person 'b' has full funds and shares 'profits' with person 'a'.

Just an opinion: Melissa liked overpaying, because she didn't have much taste and paying more made her feel superior to people who paid less.

It is understood her parents, Barb and Ted Grimley, who were also not aware of Ms Caddick’s frauds, are challenging the sale of the apartment that their daughter guaranteed they could live in for life. However, like other victims, instead of using the $1.1 million they gave their daughter to reduce the mortgage, Ms Caddick used the money to maintain her life of luxury.

The prospective sale of both properties will be discussed in a case management hearing in the Federal Court on Thursday.

Melissa Caddick’s husband Anthony Koletti to contest restraining order, court hears

d41240782b0f1efc8edba349e86f2b76d208d59c

Since his wife’s disappearance, Mr Koletti, 39, has been waging a campaign against ASIC and Ms Allen, who works in the enforcement arm of the regulator.

On the anniversary of her disappearance, Mr Koletti put up a poster outside ASIC’s office in Market Street in Sydney’s CBD. He posted a copy of the poster reading “ASIC = womanslaughter” on his social media account.

On his LinkedIn page, Mr Koletti frequently posted unfounded accusations suggesting that ASIC was responsible for the death of his wife.

“An investigator at your company and her team of white collar crooks caused the death of my wife. Put an end to ‘Pre emptive Slaughter’,” read one post. Another read: “ASIC negligence causes the death of a woman. ASIC then hinder both a police investigation and a coronial enquiry by removing proof of her disappearance.”
