I don't remember reading that either .. are you able to provide a link or point us to the WS post about it sundaymorning123? FigTree is really good about providing MSM links, so maybe we can find the info from the WS post.

TIA

How very interesting Sundaymorning, it sounds like you might know something more?

Well, I just went through all 36 posts of FigTree's from this thread (won’t be doing that again in a hurry!)... no luck finding the question sundaymorning123 was talking about. :dunno:

I did re-read these two comments by FigTree though (sorry to single you out FigTree!) and they just made me think, yet again, that Morgan's killer may not be the person that Morgan had sex with that night. And that she (the killer) may well have been stalking his movements from the time he got home, or from the time he went to The Oaks.

Could be a real DNA nightmare for the police ... but I have confidence that they'll figure it out ... somehow.

Bolded by me...
'Moments before' - so are they saying the person wasn't in the bedroom long?
.

Respectfully snipped by me...
Yeah, I get that impression too - that he was being watched by someone. Its possible there from many angles.
The Oaks Hotel is pretty open (view wise).

A rather strange post from the Oaks Hotel on 24 September, especially in view of what had recently happened to Morgan Huxley, one of their regulars. The two replies are equally insensitive IMO.

Oh wow! Really, it seems too much to be a coincidence. OK, that now paints quite a different picture in my mind.....

Well spotted!

Also note there were no posts between the 8 - 17 September. I find that odd.

No, I don't think so Doc. Really stupid and insenstive thing to post on a public FB. The reply about getting the knife from the kitchen floored me!

Was looking on there last night, and thought the same thing as you .. no posts when Morgan was killed. No 'condolences to our good mate & patron's family upon his untimely loss'. Nothing?!

MSM reported that the Oaks Hotel is owned by JO's family, or her mother Paula Duncan's side of the family. Wasn't it JO who said that she felt the killer was a woman?

Thanks sundaymorning123 ... any reason that you thought any 'engagement' of his or a girlfriend's might have been 4 months ago? If you don't mind me asking.

Just wanted to bring FigTree's post forward so others can see what sundaymorning123 is talking about ...

She may stabbed, cut or have bitten him during oral sex ...
Just a thought - a horrid one at that ...

Good newspaper article!
I wonder if Morgan had broken off an engagement with someone, or he was thinking of finally asking someone to be his 'one and only' - and the one who thought it would be them, was not the one?
Any recent engagement ring purchases from Morgan?
Any talk of himself getting hitched in the near future?
Or any break-ups recently?

Yes it was JO who was reported as saying the killer was a woman.

And I missed that snippet about the Oaks Hotel ownership .. interesting. Especially in light of the FB comments, and lack of comments.

I'll see if I can find the link. I wonder who is 'driving' that Oaks Hotel FB page? I have a feeling that the locals know who the killer is and that post was a bit of sick tongue in cheek humour.

I keep tossing back and forth as to who I feel killed Morgan but I invariably come back to the one person. A female who slipped under the radar, for now.

its easy to say people can have sex with who ever they want but life doesnt always turn out easy some people arent normal and dont respond to things like the rest of us do it would be nice to think we can do as we please but sometimes we cant

Lol, at the t shirt. Hasn't anyone ever had a quickie? Even after the bars close? I had my fun back in the day, various forms of dress or undress can be desirable, and at times necessary.

I have no clue who murdered this young man, but it would "appear" to be a female that thought he was the one, and he obviously wasn't ready for any to be the one. Is it a female? I dunno'. It just appears that way.

Did he have any business relationships souring? That could be another angle. Did he tick off any guy friends by sleeping with their girl?

I do hope LE has a good idea, and is simply waiting on all the forensics to come back to make an arrest.

Thanks to all keeping us updated, and to those that know the area for describing it.
